"Bought a brand new Sony VPLHW55ES from Nice Electronics on 4/16/2015. 1st they said I ordered a South America model, and US model cost about $600 more. I went ahead and bought it anyway. they said it's brand new shipped direct from their Sony sales rep and same warranty as I bought from any Sony dealer.

When I received it I found the box was opened and re-sealed. Not brand new box as they mentioned, and spare lamp(or coupon) was missing. when I first contacted them, They said that spare lamp offer expired last year, which is a lie because I called Sony and verified that unit should comes with a spare lamp after I talked to them. Then they refused my request of either sending me a spare lamp or giving me credit back. I gave up and am disputing the cost of spare lamp with my credit card company.

I would never buy from them again, and I am just hoping what I got is a brand new unit, not refurbished.

"Purchased a Samsung 75 inch UN75HU8550 4K HD TV. This is my first purchase from this company and I will say the buying experience was a pleasant one.

Alfred Greene was the sales person. He was very knowledgeable and informative and helped me in every way to make the proper purchasing decision. I strongly believe I was afforded with a good deal in the purchase of this particular HDTV.
The delivery went well without a hitch. The product was delivered in the timeline as explained to me during the phone order. The shipper arrived, unpacked the TV and turned it on. There is no set up of the product with the white glove service. The TV was turned on right from the box so we could see it worked and gave us time to inspect it for damage. There was no placement of the TV on your stand or console as this would have required installation of the TV's stand that came separate in the box it came in. This is a massive 75 inch TV. Would of been a nice touch if white glove included mounting a TV of this size on its stand. My wife and I handled it however with a little effort.

All and all, the buying experience for us was a very good one and would buy from this store again should I need something else in electronics. I would highly recommend to others to check these guys out as well for electronic purchases.

"Alfred at Nice Electronics saved me HUNDREDS of dollars and a lot of frustration. I was going to buy a camera and lens that were not compatible, Alfred alerted me and I was able to order to correct items.
Nice Electronics is the real deal. My Canon 5d Mark iii arrived as promised. Talking to REAL people at Nice Electronics is also a big plus. The wait time on hold is several minutes, but you get to actually speak with some one in their store.

I trust very few people and companies and after an initial hiccup with my original invoice receipt and shipping details I researched and found many disparaging reviews about this company and their practices; however, My purchase (55" LG Widescreen UHD 4K LCD TV) was COMPLETELY fulfilled and I received EXACTLY what I ordered and in an appropriate time without a scratch!!

In addition, the accusations of upselling are not true. The sales agent warned me about a well acknowledged detail about the original unit I attempted to order (a South American Model) and they offered the US version for $199 more, but they tossed in a 5 year extended warranty for the price of the upcharge along with free shipping.

This was a great deal PERIOD!!

"This is my second Samsung Television I have purchased "online" The first was 8 years ago and that TV is still working no problems. So I decided to go direct again and cut out the retail store mark-ups. When I initially placed my order, I had misread the type of television and would have wound up with one made for another country. ALFRED GREENE immediately called me moments later, explained and helped me re-work my order until it was correct and I was happy. He assured me I "would not have to buy another television for the next 8 years" lol. Once the TV arrived (a very long wait for FREE option- about 4.5-5 weeks) and was tested by the shipping company, I contacted Alfred to make sure I also received our 2-year extended warranty. He had already taken care of everything. He had even registered our product with Samsung already! The TV arrived in perfect packaging and was beautiful as expected. However, we have been working with Samsung Tech Repair because it spontaneously turns on and off even after trying all the troubleshooting solutions. Samsung is working with us to find a solution to it. This is no reflection on Nice Electronics or Alfred. It's an issue with Samsung but bears mentioning. Otherwise the experience has been excellent. Alfred did a great job on following up and their customer service with Mack for the warranty is also excellent. I suggest you also get the extended warranty for peace of mind. Great company. I looked at several other "online" Samsung resellers and based on ratings/ pricing went with Nice Electronics & am so glad I did!!!!
