"Scammers, Liars, Bait and switch artists.

I purchased a Samsung model UN48JU7500 (48" 4K Curved Smart TV 8-bit panel) on 5/20/15 for almost $400.00 less than most (RED FLAG #1). Two days later Alfred called me and Told me he had a version of the JU7500 that had a 10-bit panel and chipset, 17 million colors vs. 1 billion colors with Nano Crystal color, (I now know does not exist), Lie 1. That would be the same as a UN48JS9000 that was $1000.00 more. When I said that the 8-bit version was fine he gave me a price for the 10-bit panel version that was 100 less than stock 48JU7500 on other sites with white glove shipping, so I said OK. Alfred said it would ship 5/22 even though it was Friday and they close @ 3pm.

As far as shipping goes, The TV didn't get drop shipped to AM Home Delivery in New York until 6/2, 10 days after my credit card was charged. Then it took AM Home delivery another 9 days to get it to California. When the shipper called to set up an appointment for delivery on 6/11, I was told the Samsung UN48ju7500 was the Version TS01 which was a 8-Bit non Nano Crystal Display . The TV was never even brought to my Home , it was supposed to be shipped back to New York. My refund was promised on 7/8 but is being withheld until I change this review, add extortionists and thieves to the list

Some Samsung TV's can have panels made by different manufactures, you can go to www.samsungparts.com and enter the model number and see if there are different versions of the TV. There is only one version of the UN48ju7500 and it's the TS01 non Nano Crystal 8-Bit version. Nice Electronics did this same bait and switch on several of the Samsung JU series TVs until they were caught. Some of the JU series adds still show they have Nano Crystal color displays which they don't. Bottom line if you paid extra for a 10-bit Samsung JU series TV with Nano Crystal Color from Nice Electronics, you were SCAMMED. Avoid these guys like the plague."

"I'm changing my review for the 3rd time. From 1 star to 5 back to 1 and if there was less stars I would probably do. My transaction was strange, they advertised the UN65HU9000 for 1849 as "Authentic Samsung panel". On the phone, it changed into "Non-Authentic" and from "1849" to "2297", and from the "Latest" connect box to the "Old" connect box with the comment: (No one want the new box bc it's Tizen OS). So, I paid 2297 and moved on. Next day, I checked their website and guess what! the "1849" became "1425"!! So, I called... the answer was "We shipped your TV, if you don't want it don't receive it" (with go to hell tone) that's it no compensation no apology. Then I made my 1st review, and I got tens of calls from them, they promise to give me $200 refund and $100 as a gift card and that was the owner or the manager promise. I saw a change and attempt to satisfy an upset customer so I changed my review. BUT guess what ... nothing happen ... I believe this review is fair to you Nick and Victor ... I will never change this review ... So, dear buyer ... if you don't care about your money buy from them, but if you really care ... think twice ..."
