"Realized after getting the battery that it was the wrong one for my kindle. Finding the correct battery on your site was difficult. Returning the battery was much more difficult than it needed to be. Had to really hunt for any sort of directions on your site and then had to email just to get the address where it needed to be returned. "

"The installation took about 45 minutes for me, but I felt confident that I did it properly. The tablet turned on and was playable on my favorite games. but the charge level was 60-70% and I remembered the note to charge it up all the way before use. So I stopped play after just a few minutes, turned off the unit and set up the tablet with a brand new charger 5V 2A overnight. Next evening it wouldn't turn on at all. I'm suspecting something wrong in the tablet that drains power even when the charger is connected. That's why I changed out the battery in the first place, and bought a new charger to start, but the unit didn't charge. So I thought it was the battery and ordered the new one from you. Still bad results so I guess it's time for a new tablet. The above rating is more of a

"I accidentally ordered the wrong battery for my iPod. I contacted customer service and they sent me the right one, no questions asked. Installation was simple - the one thing I would give a heads up on is that the original battery had some sticky tack on it so when I removed it, the power line that goes to the iPod "hold" button was torn in half. Luckily, the hold button is not needed for the iPod to function so all is good. Thanks!"
