"Order a battery for my garmin never got it. You can't talk to them you have to send an email to the company so you go back and forth for several days to get answer. They told me to wait a few days to see if I got the product and if not they would resend it. I wrote back and said no it still didn't come refund my money. They can't give you a tracking number. When I wrote back to them then they sent another battery with a tracking number the day after I wrote to them. I told them I do not want it now because I had to go a new garmin for our trip that we were leaving for. They didn't listen and now a new one is coming which I do not need now. Now I am told I can send it back but I have to pay for shipping and a 15% stocking fee. Are you kidding me??? I would not buy anything again from this company ever."

"Speedy locating & ordering the battery on your web site. Speedy delivery by USPS. Speedy removal of back cover and original battery. Speedy battery replacement & re-attachment of back cover. Plugged into wall charger for 4 hours and ...... it didn't work. The screen comes on with the computer/GPS connection icon but it doesn't change to the main operating screen.
There is a Bulb & Battery store in the next town, maybe they will be willing to test both of the batteries for me. "

"After a few years I could not use my Garmin on the battery. I called Garmin and they indicated the battery was not replaceable. I started a search and found Newpower99. I order the kit and I received it about a week later. The video was clear on what to do so I started the process. The only problem I encountered was the data cable came loose. it took about 5 tries to get the cable in place to lock it down but finally I had the right placement and was able to lock it down. The unit works great now and seems to charge up t full power. Thanks for a great product and service that was not available."
