"I ordered a new battery for my Kindle Fire HD 10. The instructional video they sent didn't match my device at all. I finally got the battery out and the battery they sent me was the wrong one. It not only was to small for the battery well in my device, but when their battery sits in the battery well, the cord won't reach the plug in in my device. I have sent them two emails so far but have not received any response from them. They do not have any telephonic customer service at all. "

"I got the package of new battery, screwdriver and disassemly tool in a few days. i have a Garmin GPS that went dead. First issue is the star drive screwdriver provided was too small. it would not turn the screws on the Garmin. I have a full set of star drives and used the correct size to remove the 4 screws. The disassembly tool to a bit to figure out but worked great when i mastered it. New battery is not correct. It is physically too big and the connector does not mate to the system board. Disappointed with this experience. The battery was listed as working with the Garmin unit. I have order another battery from a different vendor. that battery matches exactly to the color of the label and the printing the one that went bad. waiting for it to arrive. "

"I had ordered a replacement battery for an old Sony Reader, model 505, after watching a video. My order arrived in two days just as advertised. The battery was well protected and included tools for the process. After rewatching the video on the supplied DVD, and having the DVD player next to my work area I proceeded. The replacement process immediately went south. The supplied screw driver was too large for the tiny screws securing the back cover. I used some jewelers screw drives I owned. Things went better after that. I replaced the battery and began rebuilding the reader. Somewhere in the process of sliding the cover back I pinched the ribbon cable powering the screen. I didn’t just pinch but tore it in two. Nothing left to do but throw it away."

"Ordered a battery for my tablet 4/27/20 .Received and installed and charged according to instructions. Tablet wouldn't stay on unless plugged into AC cord . Contacted company and was shipped another battery but told to keep the previous one. Received and installed second battery same issue as first except now there was a message battery too cold to charge. Performed as told possible solutions. (No difference) Contacted company again finally after 3 e-mails was told to ship usps to them for a refund. Went to post office to be told they don't ship batteries. Tried UPS & Fed-ex only to be told they can't ship to a PO Box. Contacted company for a physical address only to be told they don't have one and to ship it USPS . Now I have 2 batteries that are useless and I'm out at least $55.00 .This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with and I am fed up. Have never posted a review good or bad but I feel people need to know!!!!!!!!"
