"They charge you for 2 day shipping but hold up your order for payment issue which is not true because your credit card was processed as I was watching then send your order a couple days later. Trying to get a hold of them will never happen because it is one guy who deals with all emails and he will never return a call or answer anytime. I got a hold of my credit company and canceled the payment and took my business to amazon . Yes it cost me a little more but it was shipped in a hour of ordering with a tracking # . Time Is Money and if they treat you like this then how will they treat you if the phone has a issue when it comes in ? Cell phones are a daily tool to communicate. Maybe a few get lucky but I am told some of the positive statements are made up by the One guy who takes care of the emails in the first place. Also check the better business Bureau , they are flagged for a poor business to deal with. "
"Purchased a Galaxy S7 Edge plus two year extended warranty, the device worked OK for a while, when it stopped working I started navigating the worst customer support in the world trying to inquiry about the extended warranty with no luck. They would reply empty statements like 'The device has two year warranty', when asked about how to effectively use it, they will ask for order ID, once provided will reply again 'The device has two year warranty' and like that in an infinite loop."
"This site is a complete scam. Lots of reports of "refurbished" or "open box" items being sold as new in box. I placed an order 12/1 and I'm writing this 12/20, never received the order, customer service is basically non-existent. No one answers phones or e-mails. Stay the hell away from n1wireless.com they're not a legitimate business; any positive reviews out there are completely fabricated or paid for, stay far away! I'm disappointed that google-shopping even recommended this site as a retailer. Shoppers STAY AWAY!"
"Ordered a unlocked LG v20 us996. I received LG v20 h910 AT&t phone which does not support cdma. I called and reported I received the wrong phone and they blamed me for not telling them what carrier I would be using. I told them I specifically ordered the us996 and it didn't matter what carrier I was using because I wanted the phone I clearly ordered. They said they would take the phone back but then said I had to pay shipping and other possible fees. I just wanted the phones I ordered and at that point i felt i was being really screwed . I was hung up on , put on hold for long periods of times, blamed when I refused to pay anymore money and from that point had nothing but issues. After not getting anywhere. I am hoping my credit card company helps me resolve this issue. "
"They took my order for goods that apparently were not in stock. When I called to follow up on it (to ask when it was going to be shipped because 8 days later there had been no update), they said so. The person I spoke to, some **** named Albert, was incredibly rude and mocked me on the phone. It's bad enough to sell something you don't have, and bad enough not to let your customer know that you don't plan to fulfil their order. But I've rarely been spoken to like that by a "customer service" person, ever. This company needs to get new staff, and probably get a whole new business. I would give them zero stars if I could."
