I purchased a phone, not only it didn't match their description, they claim to be new, but it has scratches on it and generic cheap accessories (AC & USB Cord). I ended up paying to ship it back to them and disputing the charges. I lost the shipping cost, but most important, the countless time trying to get in touch with them, sending several emails, calling and contacting my CC bank. "I placed an order for an Iphone 8. Took more than 2 weeks to get it. When I got it, it was wrong (parts missing and wrong charger). Sent it back for refund, they charged me 15 % of the total price ($84). In other words, they got my order wrong and still charged me for their mistake. Wish I can find a way to sue them for misleading customers. Do yourself a favor a NEVER EVER order anything from this company.

Also this phone has burn-in display! It was in use long time. I ordered new one, and I would like to receive new one, without scratches and with good display.

Home charger was not the samsung charger and it did not come with a manual. I also ordered this phone because i wanted the andriod nougat version.. it came installed with andriod oreo.
