Happy!

"I ordered my phone, then checked out the reviews. I felt sick to my stomach. But to my surprise I received the phone I ordered in 5 days, and everything is in perfect working order. When ordering they do not tell you if it's, new, used, or refurbished, but for the price I assumed it was one of the later, which it was, and in excellent condition."

Never buy from this store

"I hope after reading this that you all never purchase an item from this store. In Mid May 2018, I purchased an iPhone 8 with Turbosim for $525 from this store. The product did not work (Turbosim method did not unlock the phone). I was fine with this because I knew I could return the product. However, N1 Wireless was EXTREMELY slow and scandalous with the return process. Their customer service picked up on less than 20% of my calls, and I had to waste several minutes waiting on a representative with each phone call. When I finally got my return approved, N1 tried to cheat me out of my refund by claiming that they never received my return. Then, I had to call the Brooklyn USPS, who threatened to open up an investigation against N1 Wireless if they did not provide a refund. On that day that USPS got involved, N1 issued me a refund :). N1 is only popular because they sell phones for cheap, but I ended up buying a brand new iPhone 8 that works perfectly off of eBay for $500 (N1 was $525). You are much better off with finding cheap deals on eBays from reliable sellers than you are buying from this excuse of a retailer."

Cant give zero stars

"Received iPad, didnt work, bad screen, wouldn't take a charge, it's a paperweight. Called to return for refund, ignorant customer service. Wife also contacted vendor was told they would send a new charging cable, they dont get it, ITS NOT THE CABLE, unit won't take charge, tried a cable we had. Units not tested before being sent out obviously. Zero satisfaction, will be expecting FULL REFUND, and prepaid return shipping. Still out almost $40 in duties shipping to Canada, should have read reviews prior to ordering...... Buyer Beware....."

N1Wireless Charged Me For An Out Of Stock Item; Presently, Attempting to Recieve a Full Refund on My Order

"After receiving a substantial refund from my college, along with some extra spending money from my tax return, I was in the interest of utilizing the money I'd just, serendipitously, received in order to purchase an Xbox One S.

Now, originally, I was looking to purchase a 500 GB Xbox One S Battlefield 1 bundle, which had been on sale for $199.99 (the original price was: $229.99 + S&H) on Microsoft's website, with the money I'd recently acquired: I considered this to be a pretty good deal and was excited to save the money. But, upon attempting to order the Xbox One S on Microsoft's site, I was upset to find that it was out of stock.

Worried that I had missed out on a pretty decent deal, I decided to do some research online, in order to see if I could find another bundle for a similar price. Unfortunately, I could not find the exact same bundle for the same price.

Instead, I came upon the N1 website, where the exact same bundle was being sold for $179.99 ($20 less), and a separate 1 TB version of the bundle was being sold for $199.99 (The 1TB version of the Xbox One S with the Battlefield 1 bundle, sold by more reputable vendors, was priced around $300: $100 more than N1 Wireless was selling it for - I thought I hit the jackpot!) And, so, I quickly made the purchase for the 1TB bundle, selected expedited shipping for about 25 dollars more, and completed the purchase, all excited-like. I spent about $225 in total. (Purchase date: 5/20/18).

I received an email, that afternoon, stating that they would send an additional email, with a link to track my order, once the package had been shipped. The email, I received, also contained another link that was meant to allow me to check the status of my order. Upon clicking the link (to check the order's status), I came upon a page which stated that "you have placed no orders."(I didn't think much of this, as there seemed to be a logical explanation for it. But, I did wish to include this detail in my review.)

The following day, I received another email from N1wireless informing me that the product that I had purchased was in backorder. Why they didn't include this information on their website, is beyond me. Despite this, the money had been taken out of my account, as soon as I had placed the order. Note to the company: if an item that you are selling is out of stock, it is your responsibility to notify the customer, prior to taking the money from their bank accounts, that the item is out of stock.

Within the body of the same email pertaining to the "back-ordered" status of my purchase, they then suggested that I "upgrade my order:" doing so would mean that they would charge me an additional $25 for a Special Edition Xbox One S console, and asked me to "confirm or cancel the update to [my] order" (why should I have to cancel an update that I never requested in the first place?) and stated that if I cancel the update, then, the original order would also be canceled. So, I canceled the order; I do not believe that I was charged for the update.

I should have heeded the warnings of the other reviewers who had had negative experiences with this retailer, rather than assuming that I would have better luck than they did. I will be taking my business elsewhere, in the future. I will also be expecting a full refund, including the shipping and handling fees. If the full amount is not returned to my account, I will file a complaint with the BBB, and will be contacting my lawyer to discuss a further course of action.

It is likely that I will never utilize this site again; and I would suggest that any other individual looking for a deal, on a desired product, avoid purchasing from this site. The negative reviews on this site, far outweigh any positive reviews that you may read. The money you may or may not save, on the product you wish to order (assuming it's in stock), is certainly not worth the hassle. (It's like playing a game of reverse Russian roulette, but instead of one full chamber, and numerous empty chambers; every chamber is filled with a round, but one; i.e. you have a very high likelihood of getting screwed over). If this review isn't convincing enough of a warning to avoid this company like the plague, the following bit of information should be: this company is not even BBB accredited. And, the title that they've chosen to give themselves: "The number one wireless store" is debatable.

I will update this review if, and when, I receive my full refund, of $223.74, from the company.
If I do not receive the full refund, my rating will lower to one star and legal action may be taken.

Update: 5/22/18 Contacted customer support phone line. It took three tries before I got an answer, but the representative with whom I spoke was respectful, sounded sincerely apologetic, and also sounded overwhelmed. He apologized and agreed to reimburse the full price of the product in 2-5 business days.

This company is trash!!!

"I ordered a phone from N1 Wireless a couple of weeks ago. It came with a sim card that was suppose to unlock the phone. It would not unlock the phone so I called them to let them know that it wouldn't work. After numerous calls(because they don't want to pick up the phone) I FINALLY got in touch with Steve. He said that he would send me another sim card which never happened. I even called him to let him know that I had not received it and he promised that he had sent it. That is one thing I hate is a liar! I usually always read the reviews of any company I order from but this time I didn't and it was a BIG mistake! These people are scammers so please be smart and take your business elsewhere. "

Do not buy from them

"Worst customer service I have ever encountered online. No response to any of my replies to there e-mail on phone being back-ordered and my option to cancel, which I did, I could not leave a voice message as it was full, no response to my help incident request on their website. Told them to not ship, as I wanted it canceled, they shipped it anyway, I rejected the delivery by USPS. The refund they issued is less, probably due to charging me the shipping cost, even though it was their fault not responding to my cancellation replies to them. "

Con Artists

"I recently requested to return a cell phone I purchased on this website. After I'd placed my order, I got an email from Ebay (where I found the listing for the phone) saying "This item is no longer available, click to find an alternative on site." There was no mention of this phone being shipped if or when it became available so I bought a different phone. N 1 Wireless shipped the phone I tried ordering April 5th anyways, and I got it on the 19th. So, I requested a return which they approved, but now I'm seeing that I have to pay for shipping AND a 15% re-stocking fee?! That will come out to around $60! This is unacceptable since the error was not on my end. I will return the item but will not pay for shipping and especially not a 15% restocking fee. This is extremely inconvenient and you should not have shipped me this item in the first place."

Took my money and never sent my order

"I saw a good deal on xbox controller on N1 Wireless and purchased from them, They took my money and three days later they emailed me and told me that the controller is in back order and if I did not hear back from them I should contact them. The order status was "pre-authorized" and money was taken but they never sent it. This website is not legit and it is a rip off. I emailed them and asked for my refund and hope I will get it, because if not I will call my state AG."

"Took forever to ship, requested to cancel and then got the shipped email 4 days later. Asked why they shipped a canceled item and where my refund was. Recieved an auto reply 2 days later saying it had already been shipped so they couldn't refund. I will have to return it now and HOPE they know how to issue a refund... this company **** and I'll never use them again. Hope you don't either."

Ordered stuff, no delivery or response to inquiries, not a happy camper, updated to 3 stars

"I bought from them in the past and was satisfied. This time i ordered multiple sets of headphones 10 days ago. No response to my contact us form, emails or ability to reach them via telephone. I'm not a happy camper.
I don't know what happened to them. No headphones. Have to seek refund through credit card company.

Update - after calling more times I reached a real live human! He was helpful and a bit apologetic, helped me out, rushed shipping. Items arrived. 5 stars on the pricing, but less for delays, lack of communication, etc. I did just place another order, we’ll See how it goes. This company is totally garbage, robber

"I ordered a power beats earphone on Jan 12, 2018 and paid over $37.00 for express shipping (3 days delivery). But today is Feb 28, 2018, I have not gotten it. I called and emailed the company for many many times, either no one picked up the phone, or picked the phone then put it aside and no come back again. This is a cheating company, worst experience with it. Becareful!!!!"

"I ordered an unlocked LG phone last Nov. 2017.

But I have NOT got phone.

Even they do NOT want to refund to me.

I've been trying to contact N1 wireless since Dec. 2017.

They answered my phone at first time,
and then they've avoided my phone.

I phoned to them by my home number, they did NOT hang up the phone.

and my sister tried to phone to them while I hung a phone up to them.

Than they answered my sister's phone,

PLEASE pay attention their customer service !

If you got good experience, you were JUST lucky than other people.

It is too pity to give JUST a star !
