"Bought a phone that said it worked with all companies. Received the phone. My US Cellular SIM card does not work in it. I have called and emailed many times and nobody is responding. I choose this place because it had so many reviews. Thought it was legit, it is not. Basically I feel this place is a scam and I was ripped off. I have tried for 2 weeks now to get a response so I can return the phone. The advertising does say they will return it if it doesn't work. Not true."
"i bought 2 s9 phones suppose to be straight talk carrier when i got them one was t mobile and the ither sprint. after many hrs on the phone with straight talk and going to buy more sim cards for all their tower carriers and still many more hours on the phone with straight talk im here with 2 phones that wont work and no money and cost more money for sim cards that wont work and no one will return my emails and no one answers the phone when i call and it rings and rings and then hangs up on me. sure hope im not about ti be out over $640.94 not including all the sim cards and service cards for the month and cant even use it and cant get a refund either walmart says service cards and sim cards are nonrefundable."

"I bought a S9+ and thought I was buying a clean unlocked phone. The phone is a Verizon and doesn't load the firmware and apps from ATT. Support doesn't help you they argue with you . Never again. First chance I'm trading this for one that works with ATT.

Went and placed the order and after 2 hrs i got an email saying my phone is not in stock in NONE of the colors. now to get my money back they said i need to initiate a very complicated return process -3- It is extremely hard to get them on the phone. The 347 nr nobody ever answers and the 929 nr you need to call about 10 times and press different random options until THE SAME person answers. "

They ignored my requests for a return label so I had to file a chargeback with my credit card company. Finally, 6 weeks later, they issued a return label. Now I received an email back saying they received my return and will be charging a 15% restocking fee. So they actually have the nerve to try and charge me $45 to return a phone that was falsely advertised! "

The phone wasn't new. It was refurbished but I paid a price of a new phone.
Communication is a nightmare. It takes them more than a week to reply. I had to open a dispute with my credit card company because they simply didn't reply.
Then they finally replied and I had to ship the phone back.
Returning is a nightmare. You have to pay for return shipping yourself.
Do yourself a favor - don't buy from them at all."

"Open box means: open but never used!!! Be AWARE first they charged your card card than ship your used phone! My phones were previously used with at&t and arrived full of apps and applications with aftermarket charger only ! Without any proof of purchase or return label! Impossible to reach via phone or email!! I'm contacting the state attorney's office and fox news investigation reporter they need to be exposed ASAP!!!!"
