"Stay clear! It's so easy and they are so quick to charge your credit card. You pay the shipping and wait, one week nothing, two weeks nothing, the third week I called and I was told my product was back ordered, I decided to cancel my order and was told I would get my money back within 10 business days, I canceled this order more than a month ago, I have yet to get my money back!! I originally submitted my order on August 26!!!!!!!

I echo the other reviewers complaints about incomplete shipments, delayed shipping, and failure to communicate. I was attracted by low prices and free shipping. Instead I got only two of the five items I ordered and the others never came (still in "warehouse processing"). No one has responded to my email inquiries, and they no longer have a working phone number for customer service. They are thieves.
Follow up: I reported the merchant to my bank's claims department. They credited my account and will be following up with the merchant. I highly recommend everyone who has had a problem with this merchant to do the same - perhaps the pressure will cause them to behave better in the future!"
"These people need to be reported to the Federal Trade Commission. They nail your credit card when the order is made. They do not take calls to help find out where the products are. They say they have products backordered when you finally get in touch with them. They tell you they will credit your credit card "in two weeks" (they charged you immediately) when they do not have product to send. They are definitely crooks. DO NOT SHOP WITH MOTHER NATURE.COM"
"I have ordered from this site in the past (2004-2005) and was very happy with everything. WELL, THINGS HAVE CHANGED. I placed an order recently and am still waiting for it. The status is "warehouse processing". I've inquired via their online inquiry form and no answer. This is unacceptable. Customer Service seems to not exist. BEWARE and SHOP ELSEWHERE!"
"Do not---repeat, do not--waste your time or money on this merchant. Orders are not shipped timely (or at all...they seem to be "backordered" or "in the warehouse" when inquiries are made). When I finally canceled the order, reluctantly by the company, a refund was promised. Over 2 months later I have not received a refund. Disreputable, deceptive and downright criminal. The 5 star rating must be made by the company reps....I would give 0 stars if I could."
"DO NOT order from this site. I ordered a package 9/23/11. It is now 10/12/11 and the package has still not even been shipped out for delivery. I am getting no response from the website and no one can tell me when I will be getting my order. "Once a loyal customer -- since c. 2004 -- I now warn all against this seller. They charge your CC when the order is placed, not when the order ships, and because there are FREQUENT discrepancies between items in stock and items ordered, you WILL be charged for out-of-stock items. You WILL NOT hear back about so-called backordered items. And if you contact them they will NOT issue a refund despite promises.
Case in point: July 2, placed order. July 29, PARTIAL order arrives (note delay -- this is a domestic order). September 11, I email them to follow up on refund for UNSHIPPED items. OCTOBER 10 (today), still no refund!
Customer service seems severely understaffed. This company needs new management."
"I will no longer shop with MotherNature.com. Part of my SMALL shipment arrived in 2 huge boxes. Two items never arrived. I finally inquired with them and was told that they were on back order. I never received any type of notification of this. After ONE MONTH I still hadn't received the items, nor had I received any notification about the status of the remaining items. After 7 WEEKS passed, I told them I wanted a refund. They sent an email stating that one item was being shipped (hmmmm). After 11 weeks passed I inquired about my remaining refund balance. They said they would get to it in the order it was received. (huh????) It has now been 3 MONTHS. Very poor business practices."
