"Ordered products a month ago! Still did not receive anything even though was billed the same day. After numerous emails, no response and the status of order still says warehouse processing. Requested refund and still no response. Just submitted dispute to american express! This site is a scam! DO NOT BUY!!!!"

"This company previously WAS good. Now the minute you place your order, your credit card is charged. I placed my definitely last order on 10/28, they immediately charge your card then right away show status as "Warehouse Processing." It remained there for two full weeks without being shipped. Over two weeks later I emailed them to cancel order and credit it to my charge card. I will see how long that one takes! They never ever send you any emails; you have to go into your account to see what is going on. In fact you never ever get any emails of any kind from them. Customer service is non-existent. Stay away from this place. "

"I am sharing the same disappointing service of MotherNature as the last few recent reviews. Mothernature USED to be a great online store with prompt delivery, good customer service, and great prices. None of these attributes exists anymore. I placed an order with them the beginning of October. I received the smallest, least expensive item about 2 weeks later. The next 2 items arrived a week after that, and the last 3 (and most expensive) have yet to arrive.
I spent almost $69 and I was charged immediately for only half of my items! I have tried to call and only gotten hung up on by their automated system, which told me to instead use their "online Wizard" or FAQS section. I have sent 5 messages to them and received no e-mails back from them. It is back to Amazon for me. I will never be a customer of MotherNature again. If I can't contact a rep and actually speak to someone and am lied to about being contacted vi e-mail or phone within 24-48 hours (or even 3 to 7 days in some statements on the site), then the company is not worthy of my patronage. If I could have given a 0 out of 5, I would have! NEVER AGAIN, MotherNature. You have lost another loyal customer.

"I placed an order with mothernature.com over two weeks ago. They charged my credit card immediately. I still do no have the items I ordered; according to the website, they haven't even shipped yet. Since I couldn't get a human being on the phone, I submitted two electronic inquires, neither of which received a response or acknowledgement. I have just submitted my third. This is beyond unacceptable. It would be one thing if they held off on charging me, but they've had my money captive this whole time. I am furious."

"This was the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I placed an order for $66.00 worth of products and the order just never arrived! No explanation was ever given. I made several attempts to contact their "customer service" (when you call the number, all you get is a recording telling you to go back to the website) and my inquiries were never responded to. Also, I was never given a tracking number. After waiting 3 weeks or so, I contacted my credit card company for a refund, which was granted thankfully. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. "

"The review are terrible...I just wished I would've checked before ordering. My credit card company can't even cancel the order all though it's still pending from 4 days ago. They will dispute it as soon as it has been offically billed to my account. I choose to have nothing to do with them based on what I have read here. They have never emailed or anything confirming my order was placed...or to tell me when it would ship, etc. Unlike ANY other internet company I have ever dealt with!"

"My order of Really Raw Honey was shipped UPS on Friday 10/21. Never received any email from them. Nine business days later, UPS has not yet received the package. I shall file a dispute with my credit card company, as MotherNature deliberately has no customer service. This is a corrupt business that is headed toward BANKRUPTCY. Beware."

"Everybody who has mentioned issues with this company is SPOT ON. This company is fraudulent, dishonest and a cyber piece of $hit. I ordered, I cancelled, they still charged my credit card and not responded to emails or phone calls.

This company is the epitome of of filth. If anyone needs more cases in a lawsuit let me know, I'll help! I am going to talk to the authorities as well as my bank.

"This is the worst website to buy products from. I placed my orignal order July 5th, 2011. It is now November 1st, 2011 and I am still waiting for missing items! The bad thing is that they have now closed my order stating they have shipped everything! My product has not been received and my account has not been credited for the missing items. "This company went downhill big-time and very quickly. Was very happy with them a couple of years ago. Now, if you're foolish enough to order from them, you'll wait sometimes months to receive the one or two items from your order that they don't have in stock even though - throughout the entire time - their website says the items remain in stock. Can't phone them. Email works OK. Been waiting now almost 2 months for my refund. An order from Aug 2 still not resolved! (AND this is the second time this has happened. I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt after the first occurrence)"

"BUYER BEWARE!!! This company has received lots of low ratings in the past few months, and now I know why. Ordered 10/6/11. THey billed credit card right away. Heard nothing for over a week. I contacted them by e-mail (they do not answer telephone calls) and they shipped the order the next day. Received order and one item was wrong. I have left 2 online messages. I received an email that they would respond in 3-7 days. They owe me over a $20 refund. I am going to file a complaint with my credit card company and see if they can get my refund. I am also going to to contact my state's attorney general's office to file a complaint."

"The first time I ordered from MotherNature, I had been searching the internet for a product that was recently discontinued by the manufacturer, in hopes of buying up a few of the remaining stock, and I found this place. The item I was looking for was advertised as "Available Today" and I added a few more "available" items to my order to get the free shipping. After paying, I waited 8 days without hearing anything about my order (normally I'd have a shipping notice or something in my email) to contact the company (there was no phone number, so I sent a message via their customer service link). I never recieved an email notifying me I had a response, but I checked on the website after a week and there was a response dated only 1 day after I sent my initial inquiry saying the discontinued item was out of stock and they had ordered it from the manufacturer, but would be happy to send the other items separately. I sent another email, this time letting them know that the item they were trying to order was discontinued and that I would like the rest of my order sent and a refund for the items they couldn't get. I recieved no response, but 8 days later they shipped my order (with the backordered item - a bit fishy that they were able to order a discontinued item). I got everything alright after 7 days of economy shipping, but was disappointed at the lack of communication and having to wait 23 days to recieve an order. Also, I find listing an item as available when it is not to be a poor way to get customers to choose your site over another company's and using a "backorder" as an excuse for poor customer service is unacceptable."
