"These people are thieves! Do not do business with them.
I placed an order with them, they billed my credit card and have sent nothing. It has been over two months. They do not respond to emails. This company is a sham. Stay away!!! Thieves!!!

"Do not use this website. They charge you acct. and do not send product. I waited 1 month and sent 2 emails. I did not receive any communication back. I contacted my credit co. and contested the charge. They emailed me the next day to say that the amount was credited back. Don' waste you time. They suck."

"Yet another MotherNature.com customer wondering what on earth has happened to this company. Placed a reasonably small order (7 items) on December 1 for ordinary products (e.g., cod liver oil). Even taking the Christmas holiday into account, the fact that the order is still showing "in the warehouse" status on December 30 is unacceptable. Will NEVER order from them again, and just pray I can either get my products delivered soon, or prevent them from charging my credit card for an order that appears to be permanently hung up at the warehouse, whatever that means."

"Like many people reviewing this retailer before me, I placed an order before Thanksgiving and never received my merchandise. MotherNature promptly charged my card and that was the end of any activity on their part. I requested several times for them to cancel my order, and also tried calling but never could get a human on the phone. I finally had to call my credit card and have the charge for this order reversed. I've ordered from them in the past without any problems. I definitely will not be ordering from them again."

"Horrible! I placed my order on Dec 18. I sent a message about cancelling through the company's website, no response, nothing.....
I looked the credit card record, I don't see any charges from them. Does this mean they cancelled my order? I'm afraid if they just stole my credit card information and use it later by the time I forgot all about this.
Anyone having same problems?

"Add me to the long list of irate customers here. I have shopped with this co. MANY times in the past few years and everything was always GREAT -- low prices, good selection and super-fast shipping. I ordered again on Dec. 3 -- an order over $175 dollars -- and have received nothing. Their customer service seems to be nonexistent -- I've sent them three inquiries in the past week and have received no replies whatsoever. Other people are saying here that the co. has gone out of business -- if so, they are guilty of fraud. Literally the day after I placed my order, I got a promotional email from them saying "You haven't shopped with us in awhile -- here's a 10% off coupon -- please shop with us again soon!" According to others posting here, the nonshipment problems go back as far as Sept. or Oct., which means they were soliciting my business knowing full well that they were not delivering -- they might even already have been out of business by that time! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS!

What makes this all even worse is that I ordered several products from them that I needed to take of my elderly cat who is in kidney failure -- and was waiting and waiting as I ran out of supplies. I finally have ordered the products from VitaCost.com and VitaminLife.com. Both are legitimate, reliable sellers, check them out if you need a new source to buy health products.

"Add me to the list of customers who cannot get their order shipped. Same nonsense as the most recent posters. Ordered over three weeks ago. CC charged immediately, no shipment. Emailed three times, no response, called cannot get through, get dumped back to the website "for resolution" or the voicemail boxes are full. I have shopped here twice before, they were slower than I would have liked, but they always delivered. Not anymore! I will be contesting the credit card and never shopping here again."

"This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Back in late November I placed an order for Christmas stocking stuffers for my wife. Well, it's Christmas Day and I have received nothing from MotherNature.com. The "track order" section of the site has reported that my order is allegedly processing (whatever that means) at the warehouse (wherever that is) since late last month, and while my credit card was charged immediately my items are yet to ship. Their customer service people are unresponsive (six unanswered emails) and the 800 number ***-***-****, ext. 106) redirects callers to a chronically full voicemail box. The domain name is registered to someone named R. Whitney Anderson, 322 7th Avenue, New York, NY 10010, email: ****@****. Their NYC office phone number is ***-***-**** and their fax number is ***-***-****. You can find Anderson's profile on LinkedIn.com. "I also placed an order and didn't receive products. I have been trying for 6 months to get my money back and still nothing. They aren't responding to my emails and that is the only way to contact them. I have now filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office. Please all of those with complaints do so too. I want to see this company out of business!!"

"Totally corrupt reseller!!! They charge your cc immediately but don't ship the merchandise.

And they say they won't charge you until it ships!!!

Had to file cc chargeback.

After 30 days, multiple attempted phone calls (they don't take calls under any circumstances)and repeated e-mail messages to the Customer Service department, there has been 0 response. They've taken my $63.00 and shipped nothing - and I have no recourse or means to contact them.

" I too am a not happy with mothernature.com. I have a order placed for over 100.00 since 11/24/11. Mothernature.com was good at charging your credit card on the same day order was placed. Then here goes- no email confirmation of order. No update of status of order. No phone service to call-only email. Of course, they never answered email. About a month and still nothing. I have to file a fraud claim with bank against mothernature.com. The website looks good but that is where the service ends. The positive reviews about this site are bogus, as I have ordered from many different online companies and never had service like this. Bottom line- do not use this site unless you want to have a headache. Look at the many reviews just like mine all over the internet."

"I have purchased from this company in the past and their service was always prompt. Now - I cannot get to speak to anyone and I have been dealing with my credit card company to help me. MotherNature is a sham operation. I do not believe they are operating in the USA as I always get someone who sounds as if they are from India and know nothing of NYC. DON'T SHOP AT MOTHERNATURE."

"I am experiencing the same thing. I placed an order with them November 28 and it is now Dec 20th and my order is still being processed. I just sent an email and hope to hear from them tomorrow. Based on the many reviews I have read however I will probably never hear from them. Everyone needs to go to the following link and file a complaint.
