"Service was prompt and web site is easy to use. Only problem was I thought I ordered the Chrom Dodge letters between the tail lights and got some that were like a brushed finish instead. I put them on anyway and they are kind of growing on me now so I guess they will be ok! Don’t know if they messed up or I did, doesn’t matter now they are on. "

non working power window

"my window hadent worked for 5 months i had replaced the motor and switch and the dealer wanted 230 bucks for the module then i found Moparpartsgiant.com the part was 141 so i ordered the drivers door module it came in like 6 days i installed it and waalaa my window works like a dream i am so excited thanks guys "

There are more honest places to shop for Mopar parts.

"Don't waste your money here.
There big con is sending parts with no part number in bag for return.
I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau and the feds.
For the life of me, I don't know how they're still in business.

I cancelled my order due to delays in delivery

"When I ordered the site was claiming est delivery of 3-4days. Unfortunately the day following the order I received an email alerting me the orders were pending to come from dodge, with an estimated date of arrival of over 2 weeks. I cancelled and ordered elsewhere. "
