"I called to check availability, who ever I talked to said they had a oil dipstick tube I ordered it 10 min. later i received a email a few days later to tell me is was on back order i received the grommet, I called on the day i got the part to see what happened the lady I talked to said we sent you a email i asked her why would they say they had plenty in stock when they actually didn't have it now i have to try and find another one my customer was very upset and so was I."
