"Both a rockshock recon front frok thru there website broke with in six mounths .no big deal it under warranty I thought. Called moder bike because that who you have to go thru and was meet with resistance. Not only did the process slow down 2 week and they did nothing but accuse me for put it on wrong to doing stuts any and everything to not have to handle the situation. Took fork to local bike shop they got part thru the warranty (no problem) and hab it ready to in less than a week. (Heard nothing from modern bike in sametime ) so don't buy anything from them it probably junk"
"Chances are if you own a set of bicycle wheels that the wheels bearing kit fits it's time to change the bearings. Over the years I have maintained my Mavic wheel cartridge bearings by cleaning and re-lubricating them. They have always remained smooth and never showed any sign of ware. After 20 years I replaced the bearings in both wheels from the kit. What a big difference the new bearings have made. The old bearings slowly decay over the years and go without notice until YOU INSTALL NEW BEARINGS AND GO for the first ride on them. IF you have installed Hybrid Ceramic Bearings, never mind."

"I'm giving Modern Bike a 2 star, when in reality they deserve a only 1. Harsh? Not really. I ordered two items and shipping was quoted for a Saturday, then it moved to Monday, then Tuesday. All of this could've been avoided if they opted out the cheapest shipping possible. Online it says 3-5 days for shipping. Expect 10 days for even the smallest package. When I called to let them know we ordered the wrong size in shoe, joe blow informed me he'd be losing money if we attempted to ordered two individual sizes (To make sure we didn't have to order again). Keep in mind my order was $250+. Modern Bike: don't complain to your customers about losing money when they're only trying to buy product from you. If a product doesn't work for a customer, accept the return and make it right. I'll be sure to never order from you guys again. "
