"My bike, a Salsa Fargo, was in need of a new rack and some luggage. I found Modern Bike and they had the items in stock. I ordered away. A few days after my order, my box arrived. At first, I was confused, the rack I ordered was missing. I check the email and realized that it was sent separately. Okay, not a problem, I can wait for that box to arrive too. A week later, the package was still shown in the USPS system as in transit. I contacted Modern Bike and asked if they could do anything about it. The emails all said sure, we'll get another one out to you. Well, here we are three weeks later, and the rack finally showed up. What can I say, it's the holiday season and shipping is slow.
