"I ordered some cabinet pull knobs. They're pretty and exactly what I was looking for. This was the only place I could find them. They shipped my order quickly and the order was correct. About 2 days after I installed them I got a duplicate order. I reported it to customer service. It took them a few days for the right person to get back to me to tell me what they wanted to do. But they sent me postage and I sent the duplicates back.

"I ordered my kitchen cabinets from millwork city and mostly it was ok but they didn't have a couple of the items I ordered and I wasn't made aware until at least 2 weeks after ordering. Since then I have ordered a couple doors cut for glass to replace some upper cabinet doors with and a basic touch up kit for the cabinets. I ordered April 17th and got an email may 12th, almost A MONTH LATER, saying the no longer carried either of the items I ordered. I went and checked on the website after receiving the email and both those items are still up and running of course. The cabinets themselves are good quality but it **** to go through the process of designing your kitchen and ordering dozens of pieces for it to discover after the fact that several of them aren't available anymore! Just a poor way to do business. Don't offer items you don't actually have then send a bare bones template email to let you know your items aren't available with no other explanation or assistance. "
