"Didn't get timely responses from either email or phone requests on order inquiries. Manager just called me an yelled at me for giving them poor review. If you want a better review give better customer service @.spot on response. If you mean harassing phone calls and emails by multiple inquiries that go unanswered. Or that I offered to pay for shipping so 2 months later I might get my order. I guess you are correct. In this day and age of instant communication I guess 2 days to get a tracking number you promised is unlikely. "

“We sell thousands of Nantucket Post Cap of the course of a year and this is a product line that customers just rave about the quality of the hand made craftsmanship of the product. Photos were requested by our customer service team so that we could present your claim to the manufacturer but none were received so therefore replacement product was not sent. You were also free to return the product in its unused condition but records so that there was no request to return the product from you at any time.”
"I ordered one cabinet and had not heard anything from them. Finally after 2.5 weeks I call them and they told me the company they were using no longer has that cabinet. I was told I can try another cabinet company on their site. Sorry, No. I would have been nice if they would have told me instead of my having to call. It delayed my project by a couple of week. "
