After comparing various vendors, one of MillworkCity's vendors looked the best. I even checked out the vendor's site to make sure that the info was correct. I placed my order with MillworkCity and the cedar post caps showed up in a reasonable amount of time. Easy-peasy. The MillworkCity web site provided a number of offerings with a range of styles and prices which I appreciated. The email confirmation provided details for order cancellation, returns, and tracking. The caps arrived well-packed with nothing missing or damaged. A sheet was included that explained how to treat the cedar caps to ensure their longevity. I had no contact with their customer service as all went smoothly. I would recommend MillworkCity and will use them again if needed."
