"When we started our kitchen project, we researched and investigated a lot. We knew what we were looking for and were looking for a company that we could work with given the amount of money we were spending on the kitchen....and obviously, the cabinets are the significant amount of the cost and effort. When we finally settled on Millworkcity, we reached out to them even before placing my order just to get a sense of how things would go. From the first call and email, they were responsive, attentive, and detailed with their information and responses. We went ahead, placed the order, got our order shipped to us (we ordered the JSI - Trenton Slab cabinets), assembled the cabinets, and installed the cabinets, and things are great. We did have a few things that the were issues with the cabinets themselves, but we filled out a damaged item form and Millworkcity Customer Service coordinated and ensured that we received the replacements that were needed. We saved a lot of money, have really nice cabinets, and I was so pleased, that I wanted to write a review....which I normally do not like doing."

"We have a sizable upgrade project replacing our balusters and posts for our staircase and catwalk. We did our research locally at a couple of lumber yards and found a high quality brand and product. We googled the product when we got home and found Millworkcity also carried it and at a more competitive prices. A little unsure about placing an order of this size with an out of state lumber yard, we read the reviews, then called and Michelle put our minds at ease. We went ahead, placed the order and realized we made a mistake. As the web site stated, orders changed within 24 hours of placement would be honored. It was a Saturday, we were admittedly a little nervous about he timeliness. To our surprise, we heard back immediately. Christopher confirmed the credit would be processed with no issues. A week or so later we would learn that due to covid issues, our product could not be manufactured under 12 or so weeks. (gasp) Michelle helped us quickly regroup. She insisted the vendor send us samples of all their color options that COULD be processed in a reasonable time line, vs relying on the web site catalogue. She said "when your spending this much money I want to make sure you are happy with your product." She requested they send us samples, they arrived, we selected a new finish for our balusters and the order was amended. The order is due to arrive today as I type this review.

Our whole experience from start to finish was handled to our expectations or beyond and never did it feel like we were dealing with a company that wasn't down the road from us but rather, several hundred miles away! Thank you Millworkcity! "
