"I ordered a 40GB hard drive as well as a DVD-ROM drive from here. After nearly 2 weeks of waiting during which I tried to contact them by Email, phone and Fax about the status of my order, I finally got through on this number: ***-***-****. They assure me that the reason for the delay is they were waiting for Maxtor to send them more of the hard drives. This still doesn't explain why the DVD-ROM hasn't already shipped... Anyway Saku assures me that it will ship tomorrow, we'll see..."

"Before reading the bad ratings here I ordered a 7200 rpm 120 GB Samsung HD. Price was good and I had no problems with the order fulfillment. They sent me prompt e-mail order confirmation, shipped pretty fast and sent a tracking number. Overall I had a very positive experience with Memorylabs."

"Stay away from this place! Unless you like to see "Will ship in 24 hours" for days. I called to ask about the shipment and they told me it would ship either today or tomorrow. I gave them another chance. Nothing happened. I called back again and they said it would be shipped tomorrow. when I said I wanted to cancel my order, they suddenly changed their tone and said it was shipped and I would recieve a tracking number in about an hour. Next day, still nothing. So I called again to cancel the order and they asked why I wanted to cancel. Cant believe I had to answer that. You cant just call them either. It took me 43 minutes of redials to get someone to pick up before the answering machine. Could swear the answering machine recording says to leave a message for John Wayne. I asked why they dont answer the phone and they said Its better to call in the mornings. Um, your hours are 9-6 you should be availiable the whole time, not just mornings. I asked why the order was taking so long to ship when they told me they had it in stock and they said I don't know. Well, i don't know who in their right mind would shop here. Be warned."

"I ordered a 40gb Maxtor and a Asus video card through memorylabs.com, and they have been great to work with so far. They send a confirmation e-mail within hours of ordering, and tracking numbers have always been avaliable. Of the online computer-parts shopping I've done lately, Memorylabs has been the best!"

"Don't bother ordering! You will never get your merchandise.

I ordered my parts 14 days ago and I don't even have a valid tracking number for them yet. They combined my 3 orders from the same day into 2 shipments and sent them out shortly after I placed my order. However, the day they were supposed to arrive I checked the FedEx log and found "refused by recipient" on both of them. Since there is always someone here to pick them up and I certainly didn't refuse them, there was obviously something amiss. FedEx told me to contact the seller. The seller told me to contact FedEx. I insisted FedEx told me to contact them. They told me the name of the person who refused them. I called back Fedex because there is no one by that name here, and they told me that the name was from the sellers office! I was then told they would ship out the order again immediately. No tracking numbers.. so a few days later I emailed them again. The excuseI got was that they were out of stock on my motherboard and they just got it. Way to go for letting me know. I have been sending them email every couple days since. For each successive inquiry I get a reply with the promise that it will ship soon. I finally canceled my order today because I still have no tracking numbers!

"I have waited EIGHT DAYS for shipment of four Intel Pentium 4 2.26 GHz CPUs. For a shipping fee of $21.55 (for four little CPUs), they sat on my order for eight days and didn't bother to alert me to any perceived delays.

Upon contacting their sales team (and politely suggesting next-day shipment as due compensation for the delay), I am tersely told, "We have checked with our vendor and we no longer will be carrying this item, your order have been cancelled and your credit card have not been charged"

How nice! I waited eight days to hear THAT?!

Coincidentally, this particular CPU appears to have gone UP in value over eight days. It has cost me an additional $100.00 to fulfill this order through another PriceWatch-listed retailer.

"No problems until they shipped the drive to me - COD!!! I ordered from them online at first an 80gb drive, then I ordered a 120gb drive and asked that the 80gb drive order be cancelled. They cancelled the first order with no hesitation and replied to my email. They also answered their phone. When I found out the 120gb drive was shipped from another company, Twin Micro Inc, not memorylabs.com, and also it was shipped to me COD, I called memorylabs to speak with them but they were not answering their phone. They didn't answer their phone again the next day and no reply from my emails, so I called FedEx and refused the shipment and emailed memorylabs to cancel my order and credit my card. So far they have still not replied and I am considering a complaint to the BBB. My advice, AVOID this company at all costs. Go with googlegear.com. "

"Watch out for this company, it will charge you shipping charges that you did not expect. Ordered 15 hard drives online, printed off the order confirmation at the end of the order ane even received an email restating the order, each with shipping charges of $0.00 (as stated in pricewatch.) Only when I went to check the status of the shipment did I discover that I was being charged an additional $90.39 shipping charge for these drives. The sales department informed me that the free shipping is for "Limit 1 PC Per Customer" Last time I checked, "PC" was short for "personal computer" not "piece". MemoryLabs did cancel the order but their online ordering systems should refect accurate shipping charges at time of order, not one or two days later."

"Good company. Bought a well-priced Mushkin 512MB DDR module, good price, works well, free heatsink wasnt so great but it was Free. Also purchased a 256 Meg PC133 Samsung module. When module arrived we could not get it to work, called up Memorylabs and they offered to RMA it and were very helpful. They are a little hard to get ahold of on the phone, frequently busy."

"Well originally ordered from the compay dude to having a very nice price on the Muskin 256meg DDR module that I wanted to get. So far so good as well. Great prices on ram that I can see and very happy with the service so far. I'd order from this place once again. I was worried that I did not recieve a shipping confirmation until I got home from work today (I was checking all day for one) But I did get one from both airborn and memorylabs.

I'd order from them again so far very nice and well done.
