HORRIBLE customer service

"Poor customer service. I bought a couple of items from them almost $100 in products. The never shipped my order, it was canceled my order without any explanation. Such a waste of time!!! Also they did not notify me about the cancellation, one of the items was a birthday gift for a friend... "

Best Customer Service!

"I ordered a few pairs of duck boots for my mom and soon to be sister-in-law, as well as gifts for my flower girl and ring bearer. I could not be happier! Seriously y'all, they have the most adorable gifts for the best prices! Plus, the shipping is crazy fast for monogrammed gifts! If you are getting married or know someone who is engaged, you have to buy something with their new monogram from here! The sweetest people work here too! "

Not the best quality

"I ordered a monogrammed bar necklace for my friend for $24.99 + shipping. It came in only 5 days which was a nice surprise, plus it included a free pair of earrings. However, the necklace itself is made in China and the chain feels like I could snap it in half if I pulled it too hard.... and the necklace came with some fingerprints/stains on it. I'm nervous it'll start to tarnish quickly. I probably should've ordered the slightly more expensive bar necklace available on Amazon "

Awesome customer service

"I emailed concerning a free gift that was annouced after I had placed my order because I really wanted it. Since my order was placed beforehand, it didn't automatically come with the gift, but they are going to send it to me anyways seperately since my order had already shipped, free of charge! The lady I spoke to was very kind and had a prompt response time. Definitely will be a repeat customer!"

Best Customer Service Ever!

"As a fellow employee in the customer service industry I know how seldom people actually give good reviews so I just wanted to give a shout out to Marley Lilly's Customer service team. I made a mistake with my monogram and when I received my order was so disappointed. It was completely my fault and I know I should have reviewed my confirmation email. I knew that monogrammed items were not returnable, but I thought why not ask. They were so awesome and sweet and allowed me to reorder the boots for a super discounted price! So thankful for such an understanding company! I love Marley Lilly and have shared this experience with everyone I know! Keep up the great work! "

Terrible customer service

"I placed an order for $75+ to qualify for free shipping. They contacted me to let me know they couldn't fulfill all of my order. I asked if I should order something different so I didn't have to pay for shipping. Instead, they sent the partial order and charged me for shipping. Instead of refunding the erroneous charge (which I've never encountered from any other business) , they gave me a store credit. Which will clearly go to waste because I won't be purchasing anything from them ever. For $7, they lost a customer. "

Christmas Gift Rain Boots -The gift that gives your recipients back & foot pain

"When I sent an email to let them know that not only did I buy one pair, but two pair for gifts. After wearing them just one time they complained of foot and back pain. Neither one of them have any history of either type of pain. The only thing in common was that they wore the boots. Their response was sorry about that. We will let the manufacturer know and that just FYI they don't advertise that there is any foot support. Really??? They don't advertise that the boots are the cause of the pain either. So frustrated!"

When they say runs large.. it means LARGE

"I purchased the monogrammed duck boots. My shoe size is typically a 7.5. When I read that these boots run large I figured (based on the chart) that a 7 would be fine with maybe a little extra wiggle room. Nope! Definitely should've went with a size 6. The 7s, have an abundance amount of toe room. And of course, since it's monogrammed I can't exchange them. The quality of the product is great, I just wish how large they actually ran would have been more clear. "

As a monogram lover, I have enjoyed ordering from your site and have loved all of the products I have received. I recently had an issue with my duck boots and messaged customer service. I was given a quick reply and the issue was handled immediately. My new boots are on their way and should arrive any day. As a consumer, the process could not have been easier. Monogram crooked and creased

"I ordered a camelbak monogrammed water bottle for Christmas. It arrived in time but the monogram was off center and tilted to the right. It also had a rip and 2 significant creases in it. It looked like a child applied the monogram onto the bottle. I now have to scramble for a different present and will not be able to get anything personalized in time. Will not order from them again."

Crooked Monogram

"I love the products at ML. However, I ordered the Heathered sweatshirt monogrammed and it is crooked. I understand they are in a rush for Christmas, but this is unacceptable when I paid $59.99 for the shirt. I contacted customer service. Let's see if they offer to fix it. This doesn't instill confidence to order again or recommend others. I am nervous about my other order of jewelry on the way. "

Great customer service!

"I ordered a bar necklace for a friend for Christmas and received a necklace with the completely wrong initials, I was very upset with this being it is almost Christmas, so I called customer service immediately. I was connected with a representative right away who helped me with getting a replacement out. She put a complimentary rush order on the replacement and was super nice about the entire situation. I appreciate a company who can recognize they made a mistake and do anything they can do help out their customer. Marley Lilly is quickly becoming one of my favorite stores!!!
Ps: I've had 5-6 orders from marley Lilly and this is the first mistake I've run into! Love Marley Lilly! Everything is delivered timely and usually correct

I'M ADDICTED

"The first thing I ordered from Marley Lilly was a pair of monogrammed boots which were on sale for $40.00.. that's as much as you'd pay for a regular pair of boots! After I received them and saw how amazing the quality was, I ordered a Monogrammed sweater. AMAZING TOO. Its fleece and super heavy duty. It only takes about 3-4 days to get to you too! And with every order, you get a free gift. HOW CAN YOU NOT LOVE MARLEY LILLY?!"

No Clue why they are getting bad reviews!

"I do not understand the bad reviews on this site. I had not heard of this company and I am from SC where this company is based and from this site I wouldn't buy, but after investigating everyone I talked to had great reviews. Poor Quality

"Very unhappy with the quality of the 2 bags I purchased -- a tote bag and a clutch. They are made of very cheap vinyl and they look like it. They were gifts and now these gifts cannot be given. I would be embarrassed. Of course the bags cannot be returned because they are monogrammed. I am very unhappy. The other products may be ok, but I do not recommend the bags! "
