Stick with Etsy or another million monogram options!

"Unimpressed by all the customer-unfriendly "rules".

RETURNS: Customer pays for return of their non-monogram item. AND return promo items
PLUS the shipping weight of any promo items from the purchase.

EXCHANGES: There are none. You must return the item, then make a separate purchase for the desired
“exchange”. In my order, the size chart did not match the enormous skirt I received. Since
they do not exchange, I must purchase in new size. The price is more than the first
purchase PLUS shipping for this new item.

Love, love looooove!

"I just recieved my first order from Marleylilly, at first I was sceptical due to some reviews BUT I must say I am very pleased! I ordered 2 pullovers and some duck boots (all monogrammed). The pullovers are beautiful, true to size and the material is so cozy! The boots are sooo cute! I saw complaints about not being able to see the monogram on them but that's definitely not the case with mine. They look great! I used the color recommended when you personalize and it shows wonderfully. I also talked with customer service the day of my purchase because I wanted to change my monogram style on one of my pullovers. They replied super fast and was very kind. I will be purchasing from Marleylilly again. Probably tonight "

Everything I have ordered has been great

"I have ordered around 15 separate things from Marleylilly and I have gotten everything. It is always timely and never has stains or holes. Yes, the pockets are sometimes sewn shut but I personally didn't care. I've worn shirts multiple times and they are still fine. I have not bought shoes from them yet but will soon because I love the company and have never had a problem."

Plastic ring

"I ordered the $60 “silver” rose gold plated monogram ring...I just received it..I think my nieces PLASTIC ring she won at chucked cheese is better material. Very VERY disappointed. And it said I got free gold pineapple earrings..but came With silver anchor earrings instead. "

Best Customer Service I've Ever Dealt With

"Ordered a monogrammed hoodie, loved it! Noticed there were three small stains. I emailed and ask that since it was personalized, if I get wash it to see if I could get the stains out. I got an email back within an hour and said, yes and if not, they would send a new one. I emailed back late that night, saying they didn't come out and sent pictures (mind you the pictures you could BARELY see the stain). They said, sorry said they were sending a replacement. Within an hour they sent me a tracking number for my replacement! From start to finish, it took 12 hours to get an initial reply, solution and replacement. I will never order monogrammed items ANYWHERE else! "

Awful

"I bought 3 sweatshirts from this website. A week later I never got an email about them being shipped so I emailed the company. One of the sizes I ordered was discontinued. Even though I purchased it AND they took my money did they inform me they didn’t have it. If it was discontinued then why was it on the website? And why was I not notified sooner about it? Awful service and communication skills. "

Incredible Customer Service

"My wife was given a monogrammed diaper bag that we love. The straps began pulling out of the bag, out of the warranty period but within a few months of the baby’s birth. I sent customer service an email requesting a repair and they quickly monogrammed and shipped a replacement bag , and even told us to keep and use or donate the old one. The only reason it is t a five star is the original problem but their customer service was very much five star. "

Less than one star! Deceptive listings

"Ordered a dress with a pocket- beware that the monogram with close the pocket. When I contacted customer service I was told that the listing clearly stated that (to include a screen shot). It DID NOT when I ordered the dress or I would NOT have ordered it. Why have a pocket if I can't use it???

Other similar items DO NOT have the "disclaimer" that was added to my dress after I ordered....interesting.

Cheap clothing....NOT WORTH ORDERING FROM!! There are better companies out there with better products and much better customer service

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

"I paid to have rush delivery on my itemsz The company did not even bother to ship my items in order for Fed Ex to receive them. I will never order from the company again. I only received a lame apology. Buyer Beware! I really needed the items for trip to Chicago. This literally forced me to run out and grab items which is super inconvenient. You have lost a customer for sure! I will let everyone know not to order from you all! I should of listen to the reviews!!"

Multiple holes in my jacket

"I ordered a rain pull over and I loved the look and fit and my monogram but the first time I wore it the seam ripped on one side and I didn't even get it caught on anything. Then sewed it and wore it again and the other side ripped. So I had to see that side and I haven't wore it very much since then but I wore it today and now a seam in my arm is ripped. The quality of this product is poorly made and I'm very disappointed that I basically have to see my own jacket everytime I wear it. Horrible."

"I ordered monogram shoes the monogram you could not tell what it said wore them twice and now they have holes in them. The quality of there stuff is horrible. I will never order anything from them again. Please do not order from these people it’s a rip off"

Excellent Customer Service

"I ordered a large suite case that was monogrammed and when I received it it had the wrong color thread as well as the wrong monogram. I contacted customer service right away and they were very apologetic and replaced my order right away. I ordered the matching overnight bag as well and it was perfect! Delivery time is very fast too! Thank you Meghan, Brittany and McKenzie for all of your help! You all were very kind spoken and very professionally mannered throughout the whole process, you do not find that kind of customer service to much anymore so thank you, again!

Merry Christmas to me!

"I ordered two of the Sherpa pullovers one in navy blue and the other in a tawny brown color, they are both in excellent quality. I also ordered a Sherpa ear warmer, and the navy striped monogrammed duck boots came free with a purchase of $125 or more. The navy sherpa is very thick and has a thick liner on the inside for added warmth, it also has the option to unzip the sides on the bottom to give it a slit look on the sides or you can keep it zipped to keep it all together. I love this pullover. I order the L/XL and it fits perfect I am 5’4” 200lbs, 40DD, size 16.
Sometimes ordering online can be tricky but I read lots of reviews before making my purchases. The tawny monogrammed pullover is a different material not as thick as the navy blue one. Also ordered the L/XL, it fits more snug. It’s more of a stretchier Sherpa material, I love the monogram and how everything turned out. Both pullovers also have a half zipper at the top.
The Sherpa ear warmer is very stretchy and fits perfectly. I ordered the oatmeal colored one it’s a mix of white and beige, it goes well with the brown accents on the navy blue Sherpa and the tawny colored one as well.
The duck boots I order fit perfectly. I read online that you may want to order up a size, especially if you want to wear thick socks with these. I usually were a size 7.5 wide calf for taller boots. These go about mid calf on me, I ordered a size 8 and they are roomy on my foot but still fit well, also the calf part fits well. With thick socks these will fit perfectly. The calf part can be adjusted with the use of the corset styled laces located on the back of the boot. I have yet to try these outside in the rain but they do seem like the rubber bottoms will be water resistant. Ordered Christmas Eve, and received 12/31. Hoping this review helps you with your shopping decisions! Best of Luck! First time buyer and I love my items, I cannot wait to purchase more in the future.
