"I had ordered robes for mother's day to give to my various aunties and when they came the sizing was off! The robes were depicted to me as long sleeve hitting above the wrist and what I received was the robe sleeve hitting my elbow. When contacting customer service they told me that shouldn't be the case, BUT later told me that the robe should fit this way because body sizes are very different. Mind you I purchased plus size robes and even the plus size was short on me. Extremely disappointed by the quality too, will not be ordering from here again and I recommend you not either. The only good thing they did was refund me my money, but the kicker is that I have to pay to ship it back. I felt scammed by them and if you want to be disappointed by some products order from here. "Today my first purchase arrived and I am absolutely in love with my new beach coverup! My package came within a week even during the COVID pandemic! I can't wait for it to get warmer out so I can wear my new beach coverup that I honestly plan on wearing as a Birthday dress for my solo quarantine birthday party lol.
For reference I am 5 feet tall, 36D bust and normally wear a size medium and the small/medium size was a perfect fit.
I've spent much more than $20 on a beach tunic being a shore girl, but never have i had a monogrammed one!

"I received the gold Clear Stadium Crossbody as a gift for Christmas. So Cute!! Because it was so cute I decided to order the same crossbody in Silver.
Oh My Goodness - It is hideous!!!
The Gold Crossbody had a very tasteful pebbled look to the gold accents. The Silver Crossbody looks like a disco ball. No one over the age of 12 would be caught using it unless you are going to an 80s party or something - it's pretty cheesy.
Very Very Very Disappointed in the quality of the silver accents on the bag. FYI - mine is monogrammed so I am stuck with it. I believe it will have to go in the Goodwill bag."

"If you order the duck boots they are not true to size. You better order them and then take them to get monogrammed. I ordered two pair for Christmas and I ordered a women's size 7 which fits like a size 8 and a child's size 2 fits like size 3. And now I can't return them because I had them monogrammed. "
