"They failed to send driver disk and wifi antenna that was supposed to come with my Asus TUF motherboard. We downloaded all the drivers from website onto a flash drive but it would not let us install even with technical support on the phone. Talked with support on Friday and he said they could make copy of disc and send it along with the antenna. My question is why can't they send me the original disk that I've purchased? Very unhappy and trying to decide if I'm going to just RMA it back to them. "
