Please be aware, shipping dates are only estimated and can change based on product availability. Once the order is accepted by the manufacturer, we will send you an updated approximated ship date if it’s different from the original date that was communicated during order confirmation. After you receive the updated ship date, you will have 24 hours to make changes/cancellations to your order via Contact Us link or phone call. If the order is not canceled, we will proceed with the production of the order.”

This is a piece of crap!

"I can’t believe I paid hundreds of dollars for this lamp which is cheaply made and isn’t even put together well. I plan to call them tomorrow and see if I can get a refund. It is really horrible."

No Customer Service Response - Product Damaged But Shipping Box Was OK

"I ordered an outdoor light that came damaged. The shipping box was ok but the light was chipped and scratched all the way through the paint to the aluminum underneath. Ok, not a big deal things happen but when I reached out to the customer support to get a replacement or to return I can't get a response. I've emailed twice, used the form on the website, and called where the customer support agent said she would email me the RMA information but not ever came. Wish I had used one of the other sites that had the light for the same price. Lesson learned not to trust LuxeDecor since the customer service is non-existent "

Buyer beware with LuxeDecor

"I had a nightmare experience trying to return a couple of light fixtures. The return policy is not clear and was never interpreted in a customer-friendly way. The overall return shipping charges were outrageous. I strongly recommend you give your business to a different company. "

"FWIW, you should have a pop up reminder question during check out when the order has a rug but no pad, to see if the buyer wants a pad but forgot. I would have added a pad to my order. Ended up getting one from the jungle site."
