Lack of response

"Ordered an patio umbrella stand online.
Called the following day to cancel the order.
Was told I would be called the following day to confirm the cancellation and received an email stating the same thing.
Never received a call back.
I've called 3 times since then; no response.
I was charged for the umbrella stand on my credit card.
I have disputed the charge with my credit card company.
Still no response from LuxeDecor.
Disappointed.

Not the experience I expected

"Ordered an item and I needed to cancel within 15 minutes after placing. I contacted CS and also PayPal to cancel the order. Received message from company about changing product a year of placing order, but I told them I already had the new item which I needed faster. However, the shipped item anyway. This is not what I expected and they should have the cancel order option on their webpage to allow for these types of changes with 24hr of order placement."

"Chatted live to rep.. needed to return item. Was told someone would contact me in 3to5 days with the “ next steps “.. Amazon returns are free and instantaneous. You’ll be out of business soon!!!"
