Ordered 3 personalized jackets and instead of having a different name on each jacket as requested, they put the same name on two of them. They are in the process of making me a new one with the correct name on it but it is still in production and wasn't here in time to be given as a gift at our Christmas party. I was bummed and so was the recipient who the gift was for. At least they are trying to make it right but I'm still bummed."
