"What a scam! Placed an order totaling 1065 dollars for 95 hats with logo embroidered. Received an email stating my logo would require a higher stitch count so they would like to proceed with my order for 8.99 more per piece ($854 more). I replied with please cancel the order. they then replied with we can do it for 4.99 more per piece ($474 more). When you advertise a price and an order is placed the deal is complete. I wonder if they scam everyone this way???"
"Made the order in the time frame that gave a cushion before my trade show. Checked on it a week out, only to find it never made it into production and they can't make it in time.
But don't worry! They offered to waive shipping! Like that was helpful.
Now I am going to a trade show empty handed. Really a shame, they used to do a great job."

"My order was $400 for a vest, 2 shirts and 2 hats. Pricey, but to get the gifts I wanted I was ok with spending that. Then I get an email, in order to have the logo as I chose at checkout “on the back” (mind you it lets you pick that and has no issue completing your order) it’s going to cost an additional $175. Excuse me??? On top of the $80 “set up fee” it’s also $175 to make the logo fit on the back of the vest. No thanks!! That’s ridiculous. "
