"The original proof of my new logo required revisions. These changes were completed quickly per my instructions and I was kept informed of the progress by the staff at LogoUp."
"Every step was easy. The selection of available products is vast, the prices are cheaper than anyone else I tried to use, and the proofing process was great. It was nice to have frequent updates as they tweaked and fine tuned my design. Thank you so much I’ll definitely use you in the future and recommend "
"Feedback works well. The image showed that I chose a poor font for embordering, so I was able to make a quick change and get a much cleaner result."
"I am a repeat extremely satisfied customer. I truly appreciate the responsive customer service. The artists communicated extremely with me in making my logo design appear exactly how I expected. Completely first rate from the beginning to end. Thank you for being excellent each and every time."
"Great customer service support! Super fast and easy to work with"
"Always great to work with and really good products for my company."
"I placed the order order yesterday, 7/6/2023 at 5 PM CST. The dollar amount on the logo-up browser was different that the dollar amount when I placed the transaction. I got charged for special tread and default logo placement. I did not approve that on my browser.
They were closed when I called back, so I called them this morning. . . 7/7/2023.
I just got off the phone with one of their agents. They refused to make changes. I then asked for the order to be canceled. The agent refused and said they are not able to make changes or cancel.
I asked to speak with a supervisor and she refused to transfer me.
I called my credit card company .... the order has not even been posted on my card.
I have ordered from them before. It has been a while.
But, I will never order from them again. This is totally unprofessional and raises red flags about the integrity of the company."
"Couldn't have been easier! Beautiful rendering of the company logo. Well priced. Can't wait to see finished product!"
"As usual great working with the LogoUp crew and art department on our items."
"Excellent, fast response, professionalism at its best"
"$25 for shipping a t shirt is profiteering. "
"The quality of the embroidered shirts is outstanding. I have shirts I purchased years ago that still look perfect. This is the only service I use to get logos on shirts and jackets."
"I have ordered quite a few products from this companies for different projects that we do. Always accommodating and professional "
"LOGO revamp came out great, designer listened to my concerns and full addressed them. Great result!!!!"
"I've ordered from Logoup since 2015 and recently spent hours placing three large orders (because their system is pretty cumbersome). After placing these recent orders, they emailed me saying that "In order to embroider your logo on each item, we charge a small fee of $2.99 per application, which is much lower than other vendors." I've placed many embroidery orders with them over the years and have never been asked to pay additional fees beyond what was listed when I chose my items. I emailed them and they kept insisting that their overall prices couldn't be beat and that the extra $2.99 per item was reasonable. I explained to them that there are other competitive options out there and that charging added embroidery fees after customers choose their products is bad business. It's a price increase, I understand. But their business is providing custom logos on merchandise. So adding an up-charge for embroidery seems silly. Everyone that uses your site is expecting to have their logo embroidered or screen printed onto their gear....it shouldn't be an up-charge. Which is super annoying because it's a new charge and because I missed it in one of the last steps before check-out (which is why I increased the rating to 2 stars). But even if I had seen that up-charge, I would have been ticked at the hours I spent compiling my order only to find a new charge added at the last minute. AGAIN, price increases in 2023 are expected.... but you lost a customer because it wasn't up-front and obvious like your prices have always been in the past. "
