I was in a time crunch and I new my order was going to be close in arriving in time for my event. I made a call to customer service and they checked on the status of my order and it arrived the next day! "Ordered facemarks for some of our staff (1900MASK-EMB_NVY_OSUSA Made Essential 4-Layer Cotton Mask). Mask is very heavy and doesn't stay up. Not large enough to cover well from nose to chin. Unwearable. Embroidery also prevents any filter to be inserted although I was not looking to do that. "
"We were really excited to use LogoUp based on all of the advertisement and "good" reviews. From the start it was a disaster. Customer service did not know what they were doing, were told wrong delivery times, when speaking to a manager she said she would "call me back at the end of the day" but did not and told her customer service team that "it went to voicemail" if that was the case why didn't she leave a message to tell me what she was going to do or just an update. The product was shipped (be sure to check prices and your item list before pushing accept) quickly when they realized there was a problem. Items arrived today, logos are not evenly placed on the hats and threads are sticking out and frayed from embroidery, not to mention embroidery is not full or completely filled in on some areas/products. Also there is a $40 digitizing fee, for them to "create a new file for the machines" its the same file type given to them.....$40 for what a less than satisfactory re-rendering? Not even going to deal with trying to return as it will take over a month to get that taken care of. Sale Rack!
Very disappointing. Go to a smaller/local custom/embroidery business, it will probably be a better experience.

The customer service was great and I was able to get updated on my order after just one email. "Put in an order for for some hats. The order was supposed to arrive in 3 weeks. After 5 weeks I tried reaching out and nobody would reply or call back. The order finally arrived after about 6 weeks. The order was completely wrong! The hats themselves were the wrong hat entirely. I mean, not even a little wrong but completely wrong. I ordered expensive solid grey Nike hats and they sent white mesh hats! And to make it even better, I have the "proof" that I approved that is the correct hat. Further, the sizes were completely wrong as well so even if I liked the wrong hats that were delivered, I still could not wear them due to the sizes being completely wrong. So, I again reached out with NO REPLY and NO RESPONSES!!! Complete joke! This is also our second order with these clowns... Don't walk away... RUN!!! "
"I have ordered merchandise previously from logo up but the cotton face masks where very poorly made , wasn't at all like what was represented in the picture, plus shipping was outrages.
I had trusted logo up before but I can't explain the poor quality and disaapontment. I fell they have taken advantage of the people due to this virus

"I have never had a complaint about the service or products from Logo Up, however as a company that needs to be open during this pandemic I saw the offer for masks for my employees and purchased them right away. The to have Logo up try to charge over a hundred dollars to get expedited shipping and even more to rush the order processing is obnoxious. I No way to treat loyal customers. "

"We like using LogoUp for our clinic and are very happy with the quality of work. I was just a little surprised recently when I put in an $800+ order and still had to pay over $40 in shipping... just seems like for BASIC shipping (not asking for rush delivery here) on such a large order, there should be a break, as there is just about anywhere else when placing a large order. I searched for any coupons to apply and found a few, but none of the coupon codes worked. So, I was a little upset when only two days later they had a "Flash sale" for 10% off. It's just very hit or miss. One day you could spend $850+ and another day if you're lucky you might get the same order for nearly $100 less. Just doesn't seem ok to me. "

Kept hanging up uploading logo with no explanation why it wouldn't let me proceed. also, went to apply promotion code to be told number of promotion codes had been used up and no more existed. too much content on the main page and just to difficult to navigate and even find a phone # for customer support help. "I ordered some of their inexpensive caps for giveaways and they are made from paper! They are wrinkled and look so cheap that I wont even give them away. I'm sure they wont take them back, so they are going in the trash. I recommend shopping local where you can see samples. This has is nothing like the picture shown. I will gladly pay a little more and buy locally than from these people. "
