Terrible Company

"I ordered contacts on November 4th, 2021. There was a promised rebate of $40 per box for a total of $80. FIVE MONTHS LATER I still have not received a rebate despite many complaints and also reports to the BBB and Attorney General's Office of Consumer Affairs. The company gives the excuse that they are too busy to process all the rebates. If you want to know how that holds water, go to the Better Business Bureau and check the number of complaints against them. they have been using the same lame excuse for a long while. BBB gives them an "F" rating. "

Never received the promised $150 rebate

"Never received my $150 rebate! I went ahead and submitted the rebate form as soon as I was able to print it out from the company website, this is about 3 to 4 weeks after purchase. I waited eight weeks and nothing. When I called the rebate company they pointed the finger at lens.com. When I called lens.com their explanation was they were unable to process my rebate because it had expired. Ironically, the rebate form states it takes about eight weeks to process; so as I patiently waited for my rebate card, my rebate was expiring. Horrible business practices. They weren’t even willing to credit me $150 to make things right. If you think you’re getting a sale, be forewarned, this company does not honor their promotions. With inflation and prices Skyrocketing, you would think the $150 rebate that was due to what was a loyal customer would be honored. Shameless…"

Hidden service fees, but still cheaper than others!

"They still have the best rates (after the rebate) but they tack on substantial service fees to all their orders which *do not show up* on any itemized list. I did the math and had to call them to find out what the additional charges were for... I dislike the lack of transparency, and I doubt I'll continue buying from them if I can find a comparable price elsewhere. "

Playing games with rebates

"Lens.com is playing bait and switch with rebages. The order was fine, arrived as needed. The rebate has been delayed beyond the 8 to 10 weeks I agree to when I made the purchase. An agent says it is now 10-14 weeks even though the FAQ on the website still states 8-10 weeks. I don't like when companies play bait and switch with rebates. I would not have made the purchase.
