"Not a good value - they'll tempt you with a decent price, but good luck with the 'rebate' that makes the price good. They'll reject the rebate and hope you forget about it. Use someone else - the lens.com rebate is garbage."

Faulty Lenses and Rebate

"From the 4 Boxes purchased there were at least 10 that were not usable. On top of that I mailed in my rebate at it was not acknowledged. Allegedly it was never received. But yet nothing was done to help assist me when I spoke in regards to my issue. "

Fast shipping

"Got my order right away in less than a week. It said it was shipped by USPS, however Fedx delivered it to my place. That was not a good experience, because the huge truck drove over my retaining blocks and crushed a light fixture on the inside of the short wall. Please don't use Fedx."

Horrible experience

"Heed my warning! Do not buy from this company because you will not save money and waste your time. I placed an order for contacts and uploaded the prescription. When I received my contacts they were the wrong prescription (even thought they had my prescription on file). I called and the person I talked to said that they would send out new one right away and send me a label to send the incorrect ones back. 5 days with no contacts or return label so I called to get an update. That person said that there was nothing in their system about my initial call and that my contacts were not sent out. She assured me that she would get replacement contact sent out overnight. Next day no contacts. I called again and the person I talked to said she would send me a return label and ship them out immediately. I received a return label via email but 2 minutes later I received another email letting me know that they did not have my size in stock. Complete waste of time.

I should have done my homework before I ordered from lens.com because their online reviews are atrocious. They show you low prices based on their rebate but many people complain that they have been waiting for up to 5+ months and have received no rebate. Others said that they were totally ripped off and that the time expired and they received no rebate at all. Lots of unhappy online customer reviews and from my own experience I believe them.

If you want to buy from lens.com go ahead but you have been warned.

Ordering process confusing and not transparent

"I think the company should make clear the total price of the order from the beginning without playing with the numbers and confusing the customer.
The rebate procedure is complicated and it's a ridiculous way to waste people's time.
The final price of my order was higher than the amount I was originally quoted.
After I ordered the customer service, tried also to charge more money which they did twice.
I had to ask for a credit.
The rebate of $40 is not an online process. You need to use standard mail and there is at least 6 week of waiting to get the rebate Debit Card.
