LAME Business Tactics at Lens.com

"I WILL NEVER...REPEAT NEVER be purchasing from Lens.com again! Their scammy pricing is only the price one pays after doing a very dangerous and tedious cutting out of ALL UPCs thus literally RUINING the boxes that you store your un-used contacts in......ludicrous since they are the ones that sold me all the boxes. Sad they had to make this process even more then it was originally..I'm OUT now. THEY will never see another dime of my money! And I plan to keep rate rate rating so everyone is alerted of their LAME business tactics!"

Fast, easy, and best prices

"First time ordering contacts from Lens.com and it will be my go-to from now on. It was easy to order, they did all the prescript confirmation with my doc, and shipped fast despite my ordering at the very end of the year. It was also the best prices on the internet by a large margin and didn't have to deal with having to go through rebates. They even sent an email to make sure you got it because you know these days deliveries can go haywire. Very happy overall."

Rebate is a Joke

"Pretty much same complaint as everyone else. Rebates are a joke. Last rebate from an order took 6 months. Now it's taking longer. Order placed 6/23/22. Still haven't received the rebate so this is not a one off. Their service level excuse is a joke. I have received other rebates in a short period of time so there is no excuse for what's happening. Also, keep an eye on their fees section when you make a purchase. It's ridiculously high. When I asked for a breakdown of that cost, I was told they couldn't give it to me. That's a joke."

Poor Service

"I purchased my contacts back in August. I received my order but the left lens prescription was not right. So I returned them for the correct lenes. Received a call that they are not honoring my return as they claim I didn't order from them don't do business with them. To date I haven't received my rebate of $135.00.

Great price!!

"For years I have ordered a year supply of contacts at one time. Now with prices so high, I have to order 3 months at a time. I googled contact lenses, and lens.com came up. I was sceptical. I ordered contacts from lens.com, and was also offered a $35 rebate! I received my contacts within 2 days!! Sent off for rebate. Still waiting on rebate, but the price of the contacts was still cheaper than anywhere else!

Got it wrong

"I placed an order online for 4 boxes of contact lenes. I was required to submit my doctor's prescription. I got a message that my prescription had been verified. In about a week my order came. I opened one box and put a pair of lenes in. I couldn't see up close clearly. I figured I had gotten something on the lens when I put them in and gave it a day to see if my vision would clear up. It didn't. I pulled out a container of one of my old "good" lenes and found there was a slight difference in the information on the package. I called lens.com customer service asking them to replace all my lenes with the proper ones asap. All they would and did do was have me ship back 3 of the unopened boxes and credited me the value of 3 boxes. I paid for 4 boxes. They made the error. They said I should have verified the lenes were correct before opening them. How do I know how to read a prescription? I have been buying contact lenes online for many years from 1800 Contacts, AC lens, etc. This was the first and last time I will order from lens.com. "
