"I have 5 different colors on my cabinets. Some are darker some are lighter some look greenish gray some are a blue gray . One door frame looks like in was pieced together from 2 totally separate pieces of wood. When I reached out to find a solution, I was told, “that’s just the way it is”. I have provided pictures and still don’t have a solution. I don’t have time to keep switching out doors and drawers till they get it right. It’s as if my time and labor are of no value to this company. Don’t buy anything from this company!"
"Very disappointed in the shipping rates I paid. The molding pieces should have been recommended when we originally purchased our cabinetry but they were not so we would up having to pay $75 extra in shipping for three light pieces. When I contacted Kitchen Cabinet Kings (three times!), the best they could do was 15% off. They already had a 10% off promo, so really we just got 5% off of our order. Super disappointing. We've used you for a while kitchen and additional cabinetry throughout our house over the years, but we won't be back, and we won't be recommending you anymore."
"The delivery driver did not knock or ring the doorbell. He did leave the pallet out in the rain forcing me to open it up and move the individual boxes into the garage.
One cabinet had staples sticking out the back and the corner joinery was off. This required a repair. Fortunately we had the tools to fix it. "
"The cabinets are good quality parts and fun to put together. You do need to see a few videos to get the method at first but then it is a good little project. Ordered cabinets and found that there were shipping charges even though it says free shipping. They acted like I was a dope for not reading all the fine print to find on page six that the shipping is not free if the cabinets are from different companies. There is no way to know what company the cabinets are from. They did help with a broken box item quickly. So probably would use them again but I would certainly check other options as well."
