"Ordered 2 kitchens with free shipping. Needed one more cabinet (a B21) RTA and the cabinet was $350 and the shipping was $250 from NJ to RI. After complaining they lowered it to $117, still a rip off. I am happy with the cabinets overall good qulaity for the price (if you get free shipping)"

"No matter what you order, or how many times, unless your order is for greater than $3,000, the shipping charge is $185. So, if you order any accessories after your initial order, such as side panels, or trim molding, mostly priced at $25 to $50 per item, you must pay the $185. I just ordered on side panel for a base cabinet that sells for $45. It cost me $185 to ship to my home. What a poor business policy!"
