"Thrilled this all worked out. As a single mom, I have to shop smart & stretch my means if I want to provide nice things. I invested in “Pearl” pantry cabinets that were on sale; during an 18off sale a couple years ago. I was REALLY impressed with them even though they aren’t my first choice for style. I knew if I was ever going to have a laundry “room”, this new 20off sale was the time. I opted for the Pearl line again because I love the quality & high-end feel they give! I had problems with “PayPal Credit” (for an option of making payments) during my attempted checkout. I emailed customer service to figure out the issue but the sale deadline was ending. I was promptly greeted with understanding & a promise to honor the sale for several days further! As it turned out, my total was too much for the PayPal Credit line. I went out on a limb & asked the rep if i could do 2 transactions in order to take add of the PayPal Credit plan, and pay the difference separately/up front. Even after 4pm, She didn’t hesitate to help me, promptly! The 2 totals didn’t get split up exactly how I wanted but I definitely can’t complain!!! "

"This will be a relatively long, but thorough review. So spoiler alert. DO NOT BUY. Do not buy, I warned you, do not buy. I was a previous customer from 2017 and they had a decent product back then. I had purchased the RTA cabinets. Some minor issues, but since I was assembling them myself, not too bad modifying pieces to fit properly. I recently June of 2023 purchased ASSEMBLED cabinets for our bathroom. 7 pieces total. 3 base drawer units, 2 sink, 2 tall **** cabinets (1 left and 1 right opening). It was slightly difficulty actually trying to talk with someone to verify what I wanted and I hadn't made a mistake. The cabinets came relatively quickly, but that is the last of the good points. All items are documented in the attached photos that I also sent to KCK’s. It was mentioned that they don’t manufacture them….. Ohhh. KCK’s is just a middle man. They don't have control of how things are assembled / Quality Control…
After unpacking I noticed several items. First of all, #1 no glue used. No where, period. No glue in dovetail joints, corner braces, faceplates etc… That is a standard in the industry. All wood items that aren’t coming back apart are glued. #2 The corner braces that hold the side panels square were all either loose, not fitted properly or both. #3 The actual braces themselves were not 90 degrees! #4 There were huge gaps in most of the assembled pieces. Backing panels, braces, joints. Their tolerances were nonexistent. And without any glue most pieces (except the drawers) wobbled. 5. The dovetail drawer joints were not fitted properly. Joints should be flush, see pics. #6 One of the pieces looked and probably was used or it was kicked around the warehouse for a year or so. Marks all over the exterior and interior with the ANSI decal worn and stained. #7 After they hammer the dovetail joints together improperly they counter sunk a screw halfway through the drawer box. The screw should be flush or slightly indented, not halfway through the box. Again….. see pics. 8. Plywood warped. When disassembling the cabinets and fixing them to acceptable standards I found that several pieces were warped. (Not just on the bracing or internal, non-visible parts), but also on the cabinet faceplates, so that when you put the cabinets side by side, you can not make them flush from top to bottom. Aesthetically unacceptable. #8 Lastly from a product standpoint…. I ordered 1 left and 1 right tall cabinet units. I got 2 rights. That meant I had to remove the doors of one unit, turn them upside down and install them on the other side of the faceplate. No biggie, right?? Well, it took me an additional 30 minutes and the face plate is marred up from where it was originally installed. I spent an addition 6-8 hours disassembling the cabinets, gluing and reassembling. Then I had to wait for the glue to dry before installing them. So, I paid additional money for the assembly to save time and ended up spending about the same time fixing them, but costing more. The process actually put me behind 4 days.
Now I did call customer support, but that was pretty useless. When I finally got to someone of authority, Louisa, she initially tried to explain away my issues. Glue was not needed; corner braces are just for shipping…… etc… Really ????? Once I said my pictures and review would speak for me, I was offered a $500 discount. I decided against that discount and thought it more important to shed light on a company that makes inferior / terrible product all the way around. OH WAIT!!! They don't make them.... They only sell them. Do not buy, stay away. Lastly if you want a good laugh (didn't see this until it was too late) Look at one of their RTA assembly video's that show how to assemble drawers. They POUND them together with a hammer. Dovetail joints slide together. They have tapered joints. Again, go somewhere else, buy somewhere else.
