Where is my couch???

"The purchasing part was great. In the SF showroom encouraged to buy that day bc the next day was Presidents’ Day and it would take longer to get couch and ottoman made if ordered then. Our promise of 4-6 weeks has doubled and still no couch. Turns out the couch is ready but they forgot the ottoman so it had to be canceled and reordered and now I’m at the end of the line again. Good lord"

We are very pleased and happy with our purchase

"My husband and I were looking for a sectional L shape with a chaise, and we found the perfect one at Joybird Philadelphia with the help of Aaminah A., who was beyond helpful and professional. The arrival time after ordering was decent, and the delivery guys were nice too! Everything was smooth. So far, the quality of the couch is good, comfortable, and sturdy. I was going through all of the reviews from different furniture stores, so that's why I'm giving my own knowing how helpful it could be."
