"Cae was so helpful and easy to work out, no pushy sales person here, she let me walk around and sit on everything at my own leisure, checked in but didn't hover it was great, also I was just so excited we finally got a store in Denver!

Poor service

"Furniture looks great, we will see when our sofa arrives. The service at the store in Austin at the Domain was bad. First of all we sat on a sofa and waited at least 10 minutes for the associate to get off texting on her phone to help us (we could hear the Tik Tok videos she was watching!). Then she was 2 days late in responding to my email with the dimensions of the room I am furnishing; and again asked for the dimensions and 2 days after that (4 days later!) acknowledged that I had sent the dimensions and would get back to me with the rendering software. In the meantime the sale was about to end so I did my own rendering and ordered online. When we asked when the sale was ending she said "the 18th I think, maybe the 28th, I willl let you know." Which of course she never did. The sale ended on the 15th (I checked on line). Anyway, boring details but design associate SM (her initials, not going to publically shame her) was a big fail! Hope the furniture is better than the design service."

Great service - hoping the day bed is as good as the customer service help ordering it!

"Reached out to Joybird for a swatch set and was sent one really quickly. We picked out our favorite color and then I was trying to decide between two day beds. In the meantime, one of their interior designers reached out to me to make sure I had received my swatches and asked if I needed any assistance. I let her know that I was deciding between two day beds and let her know what I liked/disliked about each one. She suggested a third day bed that I hadn't even seen yet. It was PERFECT - a combination of the things I liked from each of the other day beds. I was really thankful for her advice and knowledge!
