Outstanding

"We came up from San Diego, Matthew Eister greeted us and show us the pieces I was interested in. The Royal Peacock on the Anton daybed was just as perfect as it was in the magazine I saw it in. Not so great

"Ordered a grey chaise, a green one was delivered. Sent it back, had to call the company to find out what is going on with the process, weird. They said they need 5-7 days to take pictures of the wrong item before we can move forward. I am not a fan at all of lack of communication or length of this process. Ugh."

Wonderful Experience All Around

"The show room is adorable and comfortable, not too crowded. The sales associates were super kind and helpful, not over bearing and following us around like at other stores. My favorite part was the different fabric options/colors all being available to touch and see in person. I’m so glad we made a day trip out from Houston, seeing the color I person is absolutely necessary since the website doesn’t depict the colors true shades."

Where is my couch???

"The purchasing part was great. In the SF showroom encouraged to buy that day bc the next day was Presidents’ Day and it would take longer to get couch and ottoman made if ordered then. Our promise of 4-6 weeks has doubled and still no couch. Turns out the couch is ready but they forgot the ottoman so it had to be canceled and reordered and now I’m at the end of the line again. Good lord"
