Affordable furniture, misleading leadtimes and warranty

"Furniture is affordable and to be expected - not amazing quality but very good for the price. However, the leadtimes on the website are totally different than the reality. They are longer once you get to your cart, then longer again once you get your confirmation. Then mine even got pushed back more from there. I expected this from the reviews, but just wanted to add that it is in fact true. My gripe is not how long the time was, but that is wasn’t transparent. I didn’t buy the warranty either - but if you call customer service to have it explained, you will learn it covered basically nothing.

All that said - I would buy furniture from Joybird again. I would just know these things going in: don’t be on any timeline, and don’t get the warranty.

Buying a New Sofa

"Walked in was immediately greeted by a friendly sales person, Tre Calvert. Asked if it was my first time and what I was looking for. Gave a quick rundown of what the store offers and gave me a good idea of where to look. Decided on a sofa, helpfully walked me through the purchase process, and explained the eta for arrival as well as a fantastic pitch upselling the 5 year warranty. Overall a great experience!"

Love the LEWIS

"I have loved my LEWIS sectional for 2 years now.I got a beach house and HAD to get another LEWIS because its the best sofa I've ever owned!Two years of use and it still looks and feels amazing to relax on!"
