"First time buyer here so I'm a little bit skeptical ordering from Jim Ellis Mazda as I can buy the parts from a local dealer and don't need to pay the shipping charges. I called the local dealer for a quote of the parts and I was surprised for the huge difference. So I ended up purchasing couple of parts and they were ready for courier pick-up 1 day after my purchase. One thing that I'd like to see is if the parts you're ordering are in stock as there is no indication that they are. Overall, I have a positive experience with my first purchase and will be one my go-to-store for my Mazda needs from now on."
"I was asked to review a part I have yet to receive; I guess Jim Ellis Mazda thinks I should have received the part already, but I have not. And this is why only 4 stars - the shipping takes too long. The order was placed on February 7 and the part was not shipped (meaning ready for carrier pick up at the shop, not actually "in the mail") until February 15. It is now the 20th and I have yet to receive it.
Other than the time it takes to leave this shop and arrive at my doorstep, I have zero complaints about JE Mazda. The site is easy to navigate, user friendly, and the parts are always right. Prices are competitive as well."
