No entregan los productos

"Hice una compra el día 04 de diciembre del 2023 , se programo para entrega el día 21 de diciembre, siendo ya 01 de febrero y no me han estregado la compra , me he comunicado en más de 7 ocasiones para saber al respecto y solo me dicen que no pueden hacer nada , ya solicite el reembolso múltiples veces y me dicen que no pueden hacer nada , pésimo servicio al cliente , no les recomiendo comprarles. Totalmente deficiente"

“Nos disculpamos por el retraso en la entrega de su paquete. Entendemos lo frustrante que puede ser esperar su pedido y nos disculpamos sinceramente por cualquier inconveniente causado.

Después de investigar el problema, descubrimos que el nuevo número de seguimiento de su paquete es 6012224497443. Sin embargo, lamentamos informarle que ha habido un retraso en la entrega debido a un gran volumen de paquetes en el almacén del transportista. La información de seguimiento no se ha actualizado desde el día 24. Hemos estado en comunicación constante con nuestro socio logístico, iMile, instándolos a acelerar la entrega a su dirección. Lamentablemente, todavía no hemos recibido ningún comentario de la empresa de logística.

Ante esta situación, nos gustaría ofrecerle una compensación; por favor revise sus correos electrónicos. Esperamos que este gesto pueda ayudar a compensar las molestias ocasionadas.

Le solicitamos amablemente su comprensión y paciencia mientras trabajamos para resolver este problema. "Je n'ai pas reçu ma commande, je me bats depuis 1 mois pour recevoir ma commande, et là on m'envoie des mails plusieurs fois de suite les mêmes afin d'éviter de me renvoyer ma commande ou de me rembourser. En communiquant mon expérience sur Facebook, je me suis aperçu qu'énormément de clients n'étaient pas livrés et que la moitié de leurs avis positifs étaient fait par des influenceurs ou lanceurs de produits. Alors passez votre chemin si vous ne voulez pas être comme moi délestez de 244 euros rapidement. Plainte police faite, plainte 60 millions de consommateurs faites il me reste le trubunal de commerce mais tant que je n'aurai ni remboursement, ni livraison de produits je me battrais, je déteste les escrocs et les voleurs.... Vous pouvez me contacter en MP, je vous enverrais les mails envoyés par cette société pour ne pas vous rembourser"

Nous avons enquêté de manière approfondie sur la question sur la base de la preuve de non-livraison que vous avez fournie, et il semble que la société de logistique ait déclaré : « Veuillez communiquer avec le transporteur pour confirmer. Le colis a été livré avec succès à votre adresse. Contactez le vendeur pour plus d'informations. assistance." Cela suggère que le colis a peut-être été volé et, malheureusement, la société de logistique ne veut accepter aucune responsabilité dans cet incident.
