Worst Customer Service

"Order for 2 Rings placed on Dec. 8 , 2023. Delivery Time not fulfilled! Screwed my Birthday And My Wife’s Birthday Gifts. DHL has the package but would not release it since Jeulia never sent the Proof Of Purchase to them! The most stupid and unprofessional Jewelry Company on Earth!! Stay away from these Scammers!!!"

Dreadful service item not delivered

"We places our order at the start of December ready for Christmas Day however our item is still saying processing on Christmas Eve the ring was for Christmas Day which sadly can’t be given now please avoid using this service there’s plenty of other trustworthy jewlers this is not one of them "

"Paid £119 for a necklace it looked amazing on pictures and a video. Then it arrived it's tiny smaller than my little finger nail. Don't buy from here you get better value and more for your money @ Argos."
