"My order has be processing for almost over a month, and when I tried to cancel my order they said I had to pay a “30% material fee” even though the order hasn’t even processed. And they still haven’t cancelled the order and I’m continually being charged. I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau so that hopefully nobody else goes through this. "I ordered a ring and once received it found out it was the wrong size.
I contacted them to have it returned in order to exchange for another size but declined my request because they said it would take too long. I contacted them the day i received the order, which was within 1 week of ordering. Their website says they allow returns and resizes within 30 days but this is not the case.
Would not trust. "
"Still waiting on my order to Process, should never take more than 1 business days tops and its still processing i ordered it on the 6th. I paid extra for express shipping for it to arrive in 3-5 days, today is the 9th, already 3 days, if it doesn't arrive by the 12th, or the 13th at the very latest I'm gonna be so **** I'm hoping it saying it's not processed is just a an error and it has and is on its way. Or I will be requesting a refund."
