"I have 2 weddings coming this year in 2 different seasons. My sister-in-law told me where she got her dress for her daughter's wedding. So I learned about JJshouse via word of mouth. I ordered a bunch of swatches of fabric for one wedding and a dress for another. The dress I ordered was just gorgeous. I felt it was well made and I have made clothes myself. I really like the gold lace over a dark navy dress. Only problem was that the waist was too tight, length too long and I am short-waisted so my waist did not line up with the waist of the dress. Because of the way the lace is sewed over the side seems I could not easily fix the waist. I learned about custom sizing and I will likely order the dress that way. In addition to general measurements I can provide specific measurements concerning the distance from my collarbone to my waist so the height of the torso of the dress can be adjusted.

So the 5 stars are for the quality of the garment I received but also the return process was easy. Within the 14 days I requested a return and I got an immediate email with a printable UPS return label. They did charge me an extra $8 or so to return the dress which came off what they owed me. The other thing was the help I got through the chat when I had questions and concerns. I believe there is a real person who knows the JJ Business answering questions. That was so helpful.

Since then, I have not reorder this dress but I ordered another dress of the other wedding and I anticipate it coming in a couple of days. I did custom order that dress and I hope it fits!!"
