"Sadly the first part was excellent but the delivery was awful. It just said the date (no problem) but it said End Of Day. I presumed that meant late afternoon or possibly the evening. I organized my day - allowing me to work - around that assumption. The carpet was delivered at 10.40 a.m. Not only was the carpet left out in the open (and heaven knows who could have taken it) but around midday the rain fell so it was soaked in its wrapper on my arrival home.
