"I had a little panic when I saw the rug was being shipped from the states and that there was a hefty return fee if I didn’t think it was suitable. However, despite the distance, it was delivered pretty quickly and I was very happy with it. I feel like the fringing cheapens the rug a bit but other than that I love it. It fits perfect in my living room and the colour scheme matched perfectly. It’s also lovely and soft under foot. Arrived well wrapped up in a roll. "

"Totally shocking rip off site do not buy from here,waited two weeks for a rug that came and was wrong nightmare to contact then they don't answer properly. "The rug arrived on the requested day 03/05/ 24 at 1400 hours on unwrapping the rug appears good quality. However, as I write this review 1000 hours 07/05/24 the rug is still not lying flat and one corner has a crease in it possibly as it may have been stored upright. This is unfortunate as the service quality and price are very good as previously mentioned. I would like to purchase another rug but wait and see if this rug does eventually lie flat and the crease comes out.
