"Great customer service. HP advised me to order a graphics card for my work computer. However, when I received it the part did not fit in my computer. I contacted Impact and they refunded my entire purchase and they told me not to worry about sending it back. I would definitely recommend Impact to anyone looking to buy computer hardware. "

"They changed the price on me twice within 4 business days before The order was confirmed. Originally, "800GB/ 1.6 TB Tape Media (75 Pack) 341-4645 For Dell Equipment" was listed for $1,190 on the site (and is still listed at that price.) When I called to place an order (Had to be tax free, which their checkout process does not accomodate,) the sales rep said the item was out of stock but they could special order it for me, the new price would be $1,299.00. I agreed, and asked for a quote at the new price without the tax so I could get it approved, again. The quote was sent the next evening (Friday). I placed the order Tuesday morning, and received a call later that day stating the price was now $1,994.95, nearly double the quoted amount. I was skeptical of ImpactComputer.com to begin with, and this experience did not help. I regret wasting my time chasing down invoices that apparently mean nothing to the company."

"I bought a power supply from impactcomputers which was sent to me within a week, but when I got it, it was not the one I needed. Part of the problem there is a change in replacement parts from the original, so it was not really any fault of theirs. I put in the request for returning it and was told the next day that I would be completely refunded for the item. They were prompt and helpful on both sides. Thanks impactcomputers."

"I don’t know where all this negative experience is coming from I had a great experience and would use this company again.

I ordered a hard drive for my 10 year old Sony Vaio, they sent me out the exact replacement, a New Hitachi HD and it was in the sealed Hitachi anti-static bag. The Hard Drive performed flawlessly for one day and then died (That is not their doing it was Hitachi’s)

I made a phone call and was greeted by a very courteous Staff member, she took my information and said they would get back to me a few hours later they did and here is an excerpt from the e-mail:

Thank you for contacting Impact Computers.We have received your inquiry regarding Order Number: 490546(DK23BA-15 - 15 GB Hard Drive - Quantity 1 - $29.95 Per Unit)
Impact Computers apologizes for the inconvenience this may have caused, we will send you a replacement.
No RMA (Return Authorization Number) will be issued since the part(s) no longer needs to be returned.
We appreciate your patience and hope to continue to serve you in the future.

I thought I was going to have to ship this back, No I didn’t have to and they shipped another one right away, I will Highly recommend them, sometimes the problem lies with the Customer.
I work with hundreds of Guests at our Resorts in Customer Relations rectifying problems and I find it is all about Attitude
This is the first place I’ll look for parts and the first place I’ll recommend. I'm a Happy Camper.

"This company really screw me up. I ordered an apple Mac Mini Power supply which was in stock at the time of purchase. Here is the email I got on April 20 after I asked them about my order:
"The part/s

Impactcomputers.com
(661-5654 - Power Supply)

was/were not in stock at the time that you placed your order. We are expecting it to arrive to our facility within approximately 5-7 Business Days and then shipping it out for you.

You will receive a tracking number via email once it ships from our facility.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Here is the email I got on April 24:

"Regarding order number 489793:

Due to the fluctuations in inventory quantities as well as market prices, the price of 661-5654 - Power Supply
661-5654 - Power Supply has been correctly updated to meet the market value.
The new price is $98.59. We are expecting it to arrive to our facility within approximately 3 - 5 Business Days.

Please reply with approval or denial of this price, please be advised that if this is denied your part will be cancelled off the order.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause."

This is terrible, I could not believe it. I asked a refund still nothing.

"I placed the order on 4/17 with next day air shipping. Their website clearly states that the order would ship same day if placed before 5pm eastern and I placed my order at 2:30pm eastern. By 4/19, my order still hadn't shipped... I was then told (after having to take time to contact the company) that the order won't ship until 4/29. Ridiculous! No communication with buyer! A company needs to communicate with the customer especially if a part is out of stock! Don't just hope the customer will sit around with his thumbs up his butt waiting for a part to show up. Ridiculous and stupid customer service. Also, the customer service rep breathes WAY too loud into the phone and it is totally NOT sexy...

Im sorry, I must have mis-interpreted the image on your website that CLEARLY states:
"BUY TODAY, SHIP TODAY!
Just place your order before 5:00pm EST, and Impact Computers will ship directly to you the same day!"

Either that or you have no clue what is on your own website. Also the problem is that even if I would have waited 5 days, the order wouldn't have shipped until 4/29 according to the rep.

"This website is the most blatantly horrible place to go for computer parts either new or used. I went here to buy a IO control panel for my old dell xps 400 that I loved dearly, and these people sent me a broken board. then they had the audacity to say I sent them the wrong part, and proceed to say that I broke the part when I tried to install it! you can't have it both ways. I still have my old part to prove that I did not send them mine. The quality control of this company is horrible. DO NOT ORDER PARTS! IT IS A FRAUD AND A NIGHTMARE FOR SOMETHING SIMPLE. now they're going to charge me to send a broken part back or they'll throw it away. what a joke i'm out 50 bucks and they want more. ridiculous. how they're still in business is beyond me.
Edit: they sent me an email saying they're going to refund money, but i'll wait and see on that.

Well… once again… Raul has gone beyond the call of duty by performing GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE left & right… Raul Nolasco truly has a grasp on the entire meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE… our success rate is 99.99% when we ask Raul for help... this week was a prime example… he knocked out an ordering issue w/o a problem.
