"I received the two pendant lights I ordered quickly & upon receipt opened them to insure they were intact, which they were. However when our electricians installed them I was disappointed to see that the lights were different sizes. One pendant is about 1/4 inch smaller in diameter than the other. As they were already installed we decided to leave them. Very disappointing."
"The sofa we ordered is amazing - love it! However, we received absolutely no contact by email, text, or phone in regards to the
shipping of it. On a Thursday night at 8:30pm, we get a knock on the door. One dude (by himself) says he has our sofa on the truck
parked outside. WHATTT????? He also acted like he was going to just drop the sofa off in our foyer till I told him we had paid extra for
it to be delivered to the room of preference. After we had to move 3 rooms of furniture in about 5 minutes to make way for the delivery, my husband had to help him carry this extremely heavy carton into the family room. Did Houzz really think that one guy
could carry in a 96 in sofa/plus packings by himself???? Oh yea, we never even received a stinking receipt for the sofa as well. Thank God, the sofa turned out fine even though there was a huge tear in the box.
Shame on you, Houzz! Your customer service ****! "

Their website was easy to use, the number and variety of products they carried were very good, prices were reasonable, and the items received were exactly as shown on the Houzz website and received well packaged.
